The hot water for showering kept fluctuating, sometimes scalding and then cold. They said it's boiler-heated, which I wasn't a fan of. Everything else, like having a kitchen and the great location, was a big plus.

Note that there’s A and B for the santos apartment. Check in is through virtual check in, there is lift for ease of access. There are washing machine/ dryer in the apartment. Do note for your laundry will require 1 euro to get the laundry pods. Also, thankful for the x2 blanket in the cupboard as well

Decent place, great location super close walking distance to great coffee shops, and our objective, the french embassy. Had a wierd bathroom setup, its inbetween the entrance and one of the main bedrooms. It has two doors one entering from the main entrance and then it leads into the bedroom. The door leading into the bedroom didnt close as it looked like it had some water damage and swelled. Other than that it had the basics, coffee tea, utensils and equipment for cooking etc. Its stocked and ready to be lived in. Even had a balcony!

I was a bit worried after reading some negative reviews, but my experience turned out to be great. The location was convenient, close to my office meetings as well as main sights, and in a quieter area that made for good sleep. Check-in and check-out were much easier than expected. The virtual reception worked smoothly, much quicker than a typical hotel desk. Checking out was simple with an online form. I stayed in a studio, which was very spacious with a kitchen and nice bathroom. The room had everything I needed: washing machine, stove, dishwasher, fridge, kitchen utensils, clothes hanger, and iron. Daily cleaning was provided and the room was spotless on arrival. I also really liked the keyless system with door codes, which made things much more convenient. Of course, this is more of an apartment setup, so you won’t find hotel-style amenities, but it worked perfectly for me. The only minor downside was some noise when people came in and out, but guests were generally very considerate and it never disrupted my sleep. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would book again.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and everything was extremely clean and well organized. The location is wonderful and close to everything, which made my stay very convenient. The service is fully digital, but it works very well and makes everything quick and practical. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again. 10/10!

We stayed in this apartment for 7 days and had a very comfortable experience. The location is excellent, and the apartment itself is modern, spacious, and well-equipped with all essential amenities, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. The rooms were very clean, and the daily housekeeping service made our stay even more convenient, especially while traveling with family. I would highly recommend this property for families. On the second day, there was a technical issue with the main door and it wouldn’t open, but the staff resolved the problem within an hour. Apart from this minor issue, the service throughout our stay was excellent.

Very good services apartments in a central place. About a 5-10 minute walk from lisboa “time out” market. Good amenities. The rooms are nice has, washer/ dryer and ac, fridge and numerous dishes to have meals with. Definitely ideal for short or long stays.

It would have been better if they hadn't charged a fee for 3 guests, when it was just me and my daughter. So, I paid €75 instead of the €45 expected from Trip.

“+” Apartments were very cozy and have good location. “-“ Only one thing that need to be improved - mattress! It feels like they bought the cheapest one, it was the worst mattress for the last 10 years.

Great location, nice apartment, clean, spacious. If the booking was more clear on which entrance to use and how to find the reference to be used to check in, that would be perfect!

I liked the apartments a lot. Thought they charged me extra tax for the third guest even though we were only two people … so check in system was bad
