There is no aminetis Toiletries only has shampoo other things like dental kit everything is chargable, the phome was not working, old damaged furniture, the AC was disabled, and its better to eat breakfast from Outside as they have very less veriety, overall i did not like it at all, specially the toilet, i considered private toilet not the glass wall.

Asked reception for milk to make tea. Was told in Portugal they drink black tea. And cannot have milk.

The lighting is not enough that makes the room so dark! And the room facilities are old.

The service is terrible. There is only one reception at 4-star hotel and it’s not acceptable at all and we had to wait for 30 mins to get served. To pick up the luggages, the other staff are free but they asked us to wait for nothing and I don’t understand at all. This city tax is also expensive compared to others. The check-in time is very late at 16:00 and not appealing to me but the room is clean and the location is good too. However, the facilities are not enough I feel. One soap for all and they don’t provide water bottle daily. Overall, good location but one of the worst service I have had. Not recommended:( and never intend to come back here

Great attentive services from reception

Excellent location and spacious room

Superb location. Less than 5 minutes walk to the Baixa-Chiado metro station. They're also showing live EURO 2024 matches in their lobby area. Very clean hotel. Also near to many tram stops, including the legendary tram 28, the lesser known tram 12, both go through the Lisbon town showing many sights & sounds. Also near to tram 15 stop which brings you to the Belem Town / Belem Tower.

Very good location. Easy to use public transport service.

A nice friendly hotel

Location is great as it’s right next to the metro, and the room is very big. The negatives are the AC didn’t work and the room got really stuffy especially when trying to sleep. When I asked the front desk, they said they’ll turn on in 30min. When it didn’t happen I called again and they said a technician is working on it. In the end it didn’t come on and the next day I asked another receptionist and she said if it comes on it comes for the whole floor and the AC is off during winter… could have said that in the first place as I would have accepted it. Sink was also blocked and not a lot of amenities. I had to pay for slipper as the carpet was too dirty to walk on. I did ask for an early check in around a week prior which I arrived around 1:30pm but was told I would need to pay for an extra day if I was given a room, which i guess is fine given I was early but I’ve never been told this before at any other hotel.

Excellent location! Surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shops and the metro is just a few steps away. Reception staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke good English. The chocolates at the counter was always a treat for the kids. Room was spacious and clean. Recommended hotel!

Almost nothing for breakfast, what a shame! When you ask the staff they will bring something, like they don’t count the people for breakfast… Horrible
