Nice bedroom, modern facilities, and comfy beds. The room is not big but the design makes the most of the space for storage and functionality. Superb location with good cafes nearby. Very friendly ad helpful front desk staff.

No open view through the window, the entrance is in a little steep road, no restaurant or dining support in hotel. Lobby is too small. The carpet floor is wet near the bathroom, my socks got wet due to it. The toilet in the lobby, the tap does work even it is automatic, all taps. Finally I washed my hand by the open kitchen which near the empty or idle restaurant. The vibe is so strange in the lobby, just a small sofa and small area to stay in the lobby. :(

The towel is old and vintage.  The bathroom facilities are NOT user friendly and old.   NO Tissue box provided in the room.  The breakfast is bad, lack of choices.  Quantities of food is limited provided.  Food quality is so so.

Nice room, breakfast average, delightful staff. Japanese restaurant is excellent. Only one elevator is a concern.

Aircon not working throughout our stay and no attempts to rectify it. Whatsapp number also no reply, what's the point? Location is good though, but breakfast is basic and not good enough. Regret staying here. Service staff also not friendly.
