Location is strategic. Opposite the train and metro station. Within walking distance to a shopping mall. Simple breakfast from the hotel, good that the breakfast start early from 6:30am.

It feels like a typical all-season hotel, nothing special, but it's not even half as good as an all-season hotel. The service attitude was also just okay, neither good nor bad. I'm only realizing now while writing this review that there were supposed to be welcome drinks? We definitely didn't get any. The room I stayed in had a dripping sound at night. I was almost asleep and had to get up to find the source, but couldn't, though the dripping sound continued. I only booked this place for the convenience; it's very close to both the airport and the train station.

Excellent modern hotel in Lisbon. Great location as its next to bus interchange and cross country train station. Close to airport by metro and shopping mall near by to buy anything you need. Wonderful stay

After a less-than-pleasant experience at the Moxy in Frankfurt, where the front desk staff were incredibly rude and exuded that German arrogance, arriving at the Moxy in Lisbon was a breath of fresh air. The smiles from the front desk here were absolutely heartwarming. The hotel facilities are also perfect. It's super close to Novo Bank, where I had business, and the Vasco da Gama shopping center is practically next door. Plus, there's a direct metro line to the airport. Absolutely perfect, I'm giving you full marks!

Good location, staff is ok… good for just for a night before heading to the airport

The room was clean, the staff were extremely friendly and we're willing to help. The hotel even provided a complimentary welcome drink which was pretty good. However, the room lacked a fridge which was extremely disappointing especially in the summer when it was hot. The room also didn't have a wardrobe with just an area above a shelf with 4 hangers(that weren't the kind that were detachable to hang elsewhere in the room). Otherwise the design and location of the hotel is really good

Although the room was a bit small, it was well-arranged, and we could still open up two 24-inch suitcases. It's very close to the train station, so it's perfectly acceptable for an overnight stay.

Coming from Seville to watch a game, I booked this place last minute. It has that consistent Moxy vibe that I'm familiar with and enjoy. Upon arrival, I received a welcome drink, and there's free orange/lemon water in the lobby bar, plus apples available for guests – a very thoughtful touch. The location is perfect, right across from Oriente Station, literally a one-minute walk. It's especially convenient for those just passing through for a day or two. Exploring Lisbon's main city center is also easy; just hop on the metro at Oriente Station.

I love a Moxy for a quick stay. This one was the quickest...less than 24 hours. After 3 flights (international), I was so happy my room was available early. The front desk staff members were so cordial. I was able to get into my room, shower, change, and even got directions to meet my tour. Later that evening, I finally got my welcome drink and some nachos, while I enjoyed the lobby scene. Moxy's are always fun! The rooms aren't huge, not way fancy--but always consistent. I know what to expect when I book a Moxy...clean, fun atmosphere, at a reasonable price. It was located directly across the street from Lisbon Oriente bus/train station, which I needed for the next morning. This Moxy did not disappoint and exceeded my expectations.

The facilities are very modern and well-equipped. I've stayed at the Moxy at Vienna Airport before, which was also quite good. The only downsides were no complimentary bottled water and no room service; you had to go to the bar downstairs for drinks. The girl at the front desk and the guy with glasses provided excellent service! P.S. The view from the window is nice!
