Only book this place if you enjoy sleeping in hot rooms and with lots of mosquitoes. Hotel knowingly sold rooms with non working aircon (there were other guests complaining about the same issue during our stay). If you don’t open the windows, it gets extremely hot but if you do, many mosquitoes would come in and you’ll get bitten like crazy throughout the night. Spoke to the staff about this multiple times (a customer service telephone at the entrance of the hotel) and they provided us with a fan which barely helped. They were not very helpful and quite sarcastic. Aircon was not fixed throughout our 4 nights stay here. Also, we had a faulty door which we had to wait for the repairman to come and fix it which made us miss our sightseeing tickets time slot. Definitely will not recommend!!! No compensation issued either.

I checked in on their self service, indicated I was alone and was charged €8, as my trip booking stated I would have to pay €4 at the hotel I was not impressed. Checking in late, I paid and quickly contacted their email about the issue, they are now saying that it cannot be refunded, I am not satisfied. I found a dirty shoe print by my bed, that was not my own. I was given the accessible room which was quite noisy by the entry door where people who come and go at all time. The room was provided with a water bottle (not safely closed/could have refilled), some crackers/jam and 2 teas... Not sure what is someone meant to do with that selection. The description of the places states toothbrush and toothpaste are available, they are not, basic shower gel/shampoos and hand-wash are. Small body towels barely covering. The description said AC available but mine was hard locked and could not be used. The fridge did not have a bottom shelve to stock bottled upright. Half the curtains were stuck and could not be opened. You are provided with a sign to request cleaning which I did not used as I was here only two nights so it was quite surprising to be woken up at 4pm from my nap by the cleaner unlocking my room!! She apologised and left but I do not understand why she tried to come in in the first place. The location is practical, otherwise I would not recommend. Also the bed was very hard, I don't leave negative reviews but I was not impressed.
