Easy automated check in. Very clean and had all the amenities needed even for a prolonged stay. Parking was a little tricky to find, but street parking is available around the building.

Quite efficient with the door code + self-check in but since booking through Trip.com means I didn't receive any check-in info and had to call them to be sent the codes.
It's clean, a bit further out from the city but it's quite a calming and relaxed area.

It was better than I expected! I was more satisfied because the price was cheap.
However, the location is a bit ambiguous, but you can take a taxi to go to tourist attractions.

It's clean and nice.
Although the location is a bit disappointing, I recommend it because it is clean and spacious.
There is a supermarket nearby and it would be good for a long-term stay.

The information modal of the recession service is fantastic, but our source of consultation was excellent and was the charismatic and very attentive Brazilian employee, congratulations!
Property well located, in the heart of Sítio Estrela, but quiet, pleasant with great facilities, close to transportation (Belém, Alcântarade at the reception door) and (supermarket, cafe just 50m away).
The importance of guest safety, with items, identification and security devices to combat accidents.
Direct contact with remote reception at the entrance, and I didn't use it anymore, we saw an intercom next to the TV.
Beds and other electronics, crockery leave any room at a disadvantage! great for relaxing and enjoying good wine and reflecting on life.
All in all, we loved the trip to tourist attractions, the center of Da Estrela, the Basilica and some squares with several Portuguese families, where Portugal's identity is still preserved.
