HF Fénix Lisboa

Good location and initially friendly service, but a disappointing experience overall. When we returned on our second night, there were items in our room that did not belong to us (a yogurt lid, sugar packet, and a room accesscard), and my charging cable had been moved. While staff clarified the card belonged to housekeeping, it was still unsettling to find our belongings disturbed. The in-room phone was not working, so we had to go to reception. The staff member was polite but offered no real solution, only saying it was uncommon and that a manager would follow up the next day—which did not happen as we left early. Aside from a brief apology, nothing was done.

A pleasant stay for 2 nights. Reception was very helpful and pleasant. Room was not ready when I check in at 4pm. And they offer me some nice butter cookies . Room was clean. Mattress was comfortable!  When I had problem locking my room door, they send the hotel guy to help me look into the issue. It was coz I did not use enough strength to turn the knob to lock it. Case resolved immediately. While I did not require my room to be disturbed, they offered to change my towels. Nice gestures. Location definitely excellent, just above the metro station, Marques De Pombal. Very centrally located , near a huge park and near the city!!

Location is the best. Breakfast was really good. Room AC made noises but manageable. No Gym. Staff was amazing. Cheers

The food at the lobby bar was delicious. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient and easily accessible from the airport. I would recommend it to any friends who are staying in Lisbon next time. It was comfortable.

Hotel was well situated, although staff were largely indifferent, though not rude. Room could have been better lit.

This hotel was in the perfect location with access to the metro right outside the entrance! The room was excellent with helpful staff.
