The hotel is located north of Avenida da Liberdade, offering a quiet and comfortable environment. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very friendly. The surrounding transportation is also very convenient.

The room was very comfortable, and the facilities were new. The staff were also very patient. Getting around Lisbon was easy as we mostly used public transport. There are also many restaurants downstairs. Great value for money!

The hotel's location is reasonably convenient, with a supermarket nearby, though dining options are limited. The room was clean, and there's a water dispenser in the lobby. However, it would be much more convenient if there was one on each floor. The staff provided excellent service; they had our room ready, allowing us to check in a little earlier.

Really nice, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent, which made things so easy. You can take the subway to the city center attractions, and they offer luggage storage, so no worries there. Definitely worth booking, and you get a discount if you book early!

Our room was on the corner with four windows, very spacious, and the location was excellent.

Even though the hotel has been repainted, it's still on the older side. The bathroom door is wooden and broken, so it doesn't close properly. The bathroom itself is quite small, and one of the toilet flushes is broken. Bringing luggage in is inconvenient as the main entrance elevator is out of order. You have to carry bags up a few steps to get in. You also need to switch elevators twice to reach your room. The elevators are only suitable for two adults and one child, but the triple room is large, with plenty of windows and natural light.
