Excellent location, right next to Rossio train station, very easy to walk to shops, pastries etc. Great breakfast, lots of fresh fruits, fresh juices, and nice pastries. Staffs are helpful and attentive. Our double room is very big and comfortable. Hotel is a bit old, could use some renovations.

Nice hotel Staff

The hotel has a historic feel, but the facilities are a bit dated, and the bathroom lacks a hair dryer outlet. The service was okay. The taxi from the airport charged us double the price. Upon check-in, the hotel staff enthusiastically inquired about our situation and even called the relevant department. They said they were closed and would get back to us the next day. However, they didn't inform us of the outcome of their contact until after we checked out.

The location is great, the area is safe, and the breakfast is fantastic. There are many different types of food and everything is delicious. The interior feels like you're in a Portuguese castle. The bathroom is a bit old, so it smells a lot.

It was a beautiful hotel with a very historic feel. Considering that it is a 5-star hotel, there were a few points of concern, but I am glad that I was able to stay here:) [Wonderful points] This hotel is located next to Rossio Station and about a 12-minute walk from Commerce Square, making it a great location. From the moment I entered the entrance, I was excited by the heavy interior that gave off a sense of history. What particularly impressed me was the breakfast we had in the wonderful venue. There was a wide variety of food, so I was able to enjoy my meal every day without getting bored. Also, when we finished our meal and were about to leave the venue, one of the female staff realized that we were Japanese and greeted us in Japanese, which was a very heartwarming moment. If you are staying here, I highly recommend applying for a plan that includes breakfast. [Concerns] Around 9 p.m., there was no doorman on duty, which concerned me about security. I never made eye contact with the front desk staff, and I felt that the environment where outsiders could easily enter and exit was a bit dangerous. In addition, the walls of the rooms are thin, so you need to speak in a low voice. Please note that you will need to be mindful of your voice volume during your stay, so this may not be suitable for families with small children. Even with all of this in mind, my experience at Avenida Palace was wonderful. I am glad that I was able to stay here on my first visit to Lisbon. Thank you so much for your hospitality :)

I like it very much, the location is convenient, old and elegant

Service: The service was very considerate. Not only did they take the luggage to the room, they even helped put it on the luggage rack. All the staff were very proactive in helping with everything. The service was simply amazing. Facilities: Very good for an old building
