The hotel is in a good location, not far from Lisbon's old town, about a 15-minute walk, and near Liberty Avenue. The hotel has its own parking space, which costs 15 euros a day, but there is a timed parking space at the door, which costs 3.2 euros every two hours from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Parking is free from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m., and it is free all day on Saturdays and Sundays. The biggest bug is that you can only buy a parking ticket for a maximum of 2 hours at a time, which means you have to buy it every 2 hours. So if you park your car at a hotel and take a taxi to go out for fun, it may not be suitable to park on the roadside. Parking tickets can only be purchased with coins, which I really feel is unreasonably designed. The service staff at the hotel are very nice and kind. It was our first time to buy a parking ticket by ourselves. The hotel staff patiently took us to the machine for a practical demonstration. Once we bought a parking ticket without coins, so we went to the front desk to change money. The front desk didn't have that much money, so the boy took the initiative to lend it out of his own pocket. We are indeed very touched. Like 👍🏻

The overall stay was average. We booked a king-size bed room for two adults and one child. When checking in, the waitress asked me to show all my passports (ALL). After I showed the passports of three people, she said that I booked the hotel on the platform as one person and now I need to pay more for three people. I had no choice but to pay 60 euros a day because it was too late to book a hotel now. After we paid more, the service did not change. It was still the original king-size bed room. Even the towels, toothbrushes and slippers were provided according to the standard of 2 people. I was very unhappy about this and felt like I was being calculated.

The hotel is in a great location. Go down a small road to Avenida da Libertad, and walk less than 1 km to the Glory Elevator. Walk in the other direction and there is a large supermarket, Pingo Doce, less than 1 km away. The room is very clean, but European hotels are small. It is almost impossible to move to the balcony after adding a bed. This one is 24 square meters. The bathroom design is not very reasonable. The door faces the bed. If someone has to get up early to turn on the light, others will not be able to sleep well. But the design of European hotels is old-fashioned, and most of them will not consider such problems. The service is very enthusiastic, and the front desk is responsive. When I checked in, I said I wanted a balcony room. The front desk not only gave me a balcony room, but also a balcony room with a view of the Castle of São Jorge. I asked them to microwave noodles and freeze an ice pack in minutes. The breakfast is very rich, smoked salmon is standard, and other meat, eggs, bread, milk and fruits are also of high quality. I eat salmon with raw vegetables every day, which can be regarded as a supplement of fiber. By the way, the hotel provides a glass bottle of drinking water every day, and you have to buy it yourself after drinking it.

It's a little below 5-star standards. The front desk asked me to check in early when I saw that there was a room available.
