One of the best locations in the city. Quiet road with minute walking reach of Liberdade. Hotel street parking is usually available free of charge , if you leave the car for short periods of time. Rooms are ok, not overly dated quite clean. For the price point (which is around 4 star hotel) it’s more than enough, especially if you stay for business. If going for the holiday, any special occasion or you need on site facilities it’s probably worthwhile to look for alternatives.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and eager to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a long day. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the beautiful view. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was fresh and varied, offering something for everyone. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Walking distance from central square of Lisbon. Gym is ok and has a good sauna and breakfast. Did have some waiting time at the check-in due to one staff. Would for sure stay here again in the future.

good but not like a 5 star

The hotel has a great location, right next to Ziyou Avenue, and there are many restaurants nearby. The only drawback is that the hotel interior and room decor are quite old; it's at most a four-star hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located, but the hotel itself is a bit tired. The room with a double bed has two separate mattresses, which makes the stay for a couple uncomfortable. We also found the restaurant in the hotel to be uninviting, but we have no complaints about the staff.

Very bad hotel, the bathroom is extremely small, and there are too many doors. It feels like I am constantly opening and closing the bathroom door, toilet door, and the baffle on the bathtub. The way the shower water comes out is very strange. On the first night, I thought there was no water in the shower. I called the front desk more than a dozen times but no one answered. I asked Ctrip to contact them but they couldn't get through. I had to go down and find someone to fix it myself. I asked the front desk why no one answered the phone, and she said we were too busy. Is this the reason? She also said that usually someone would answer the phone, and asked me to call more. The facilities are old. The hotel is east-west oriented and very cold. The sound insulation is not ordinary bad. I usually don't pick on the sound insulation of hotels because it is a common problem, but this hotel is so bad that I know that the people living next door are Indians. I passed by the front desk several times, but no one was there. The next day, the Wi-Fi was disconnected, so I went to the front desk to ask them to debug it. It took a long time to find someone. After entering the hotel lobby, I had to go down three or four large stairs. There was no doorman to take my luggage. It was not that the doorman did not take it, but there was no doorman at all. The hotel is in a bad location. You have to climb a very steep slope, which is very tiring. After climbing it once, I always took taxis.

The overall stay was average. We booked a king-size bed room for two adults and one child. When checking in, the waitress asked me to show all my passports (ALL). After I showed the passports of three people, she said that I booked the hotel on the platform as one person and now I need to pay more for three people. I had no choice but to pay 60 euros a day because it was too late to book a hotel now. After we paid more, the service did not change. It was still the original king-size bed room. Even the towels, toothbrushes and slippers were provided according to the standard of 2 people. I was very unhappy about this and felt like I was being calculated.

It's a little below 5-star standards. The front desk asked me to check in early when I saw that there was a room available.
