The hotel is in a very convenient downtown location, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, so you'll never run out of places to go. The lobby has a unique and stylish design. It would be even better if there was a swimming pool.

The two male staff members at the reception and front desk were incredibly polite and friendly upon check-in, which made a great first impression. However, over the next two days, the restaurant staff for breakfast were mostly unsmiling and very cold. The hotel only has two floors. I stayed in a first-floor room, and there was a strange smell upon entering, though it improved slightly after turning on the air conditioning. The soundproofing was poor, and water from the bathroom would seep into the room from the corner of the wall. Overall, it wasn't a good experience. There's a self-service laundry shop near the hotel.

Chinese people don't deceive Chinese people – seriously, don't stay at this hotel in Lisbon. There are plenty of much better options available. First off, the hotel is just mediocre; nothing to write home about. For over 1000, I'd say it's just 'okay'… My main gripe is with their staff training. Check-out was at 12:00 PM, and my mom and I were still in the room around 10 AM when housekeeping knocked twice. Before I could even respond, they just opened the door! They quickly said 'sorry' and scurried off when they saw us. Good thing my mom and I were awake. Then, when checking out, I asked the front desk for an invoice. How hard can that be? I thought issuing an invoice was a basic task for front desk staff. Two different people tried for over ten minutes and still couldn't get it right, even though my taxi had already arrived… I ended up leaving my email for an electronic copy. Can you believe it, the name on the invoice was wrong, and so was the tax ID! Are they deliberately messing with Asians, or are they just incompetent? Would a hotel really hire people like that for their front desk?

The service was great, and the lobby was bright and welcoming. The bathroom door in the room wasn't very practical, as water easily splashed out. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

A beautiful and comfortable hotel. We really appreciated the design and the materials used. The room was very well-maintained, quiet, clean, and full of amenities. The breakfast was rich and varied, with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Definitely recommend and would book again for a future trip to Lisbon.
