Upon Lisbon Prime Residences

The room was great, it was a suite, so it felt very comfortable. The facilities were new, and the hygiene was excellent. There was also a stove in the room for cooking, but we didn't use it. The bathroom was very clean. The only downside was that there was nowhere to put things, and I couldn't find a hairdryer plug in the bathroom. The bed wasn't huge, but the mattress was very comfortable. The front desk staff were also good, and the breakfast was simple but replenished quickly.

I stayed at Upon Lisbon Prime Residences during July and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. What surprised me most was the room, which truly felt like a small apartment. It was super comfortable, spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. It's one of those places where you quickly feel at home. The service was also impeccable. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. At one point, I requested an iron and it was brought to me almost instantly, without any hassle. The location is great, and the rooftop is, without a doubt, one of the hotel's strong points. The view is incredible, and having a pool up there makes the space even more special, especially in the summer. The only reason I gave **9/10 instead of 10/10** was the cleanliness of the pool. It was quite busy with many families, which is perfectly normal this time of year, but I noticed some hair and debris in the water. Perhaps an extra cleaning session throughout the day would be beneficial during peak months. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay and it's a hotel I would return to without a second thought. I've already recommended it and will certainly continue to do so to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Lisbon.

The service was excellent, and the reception staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The views were fantastic, and the pool is perfect for summer.

You can use the pool even after checking out, which is great. I also loved that there were a lot of vegetables at breakfast. However, I was a bit disappointed that I asked for a late check-out, but was told it could only be confirmed the next morning.

It was great! A bit far from the city, but easily manageable with Uber. It's a quiet neighborhood with not much going on, except around the stadium where it's lively and busy. The pool was also fine, just a shame the roof was closed so there weren't many opportunities to sunbathe.
