The service was really great! Upon arrival, they gave me a welcome snack of port wine and a small egg tart (Nata), which was delicious and made me feel very welcome. They even guided me up to my room and gave me a detailed explanation. I requested a plaza view, but they didn't offer one, so they upgraded my room. The location was perfect, right next to the Santa Justa elevator. However, the room had two single beds pressed together, so my shoulders and legs would slip between the beds every time I lay down, which was uncomfortable... However, the facilities were clean.

We loved our stay at Nicola Rossio. The location is terrific, close to many restaurants and bars, and there is a nice park right across the street. Extremely walkable. The front desk staff is second to none. They were so courteous and helpful. The hotel is on the backside of a main road, so is relatively quiet as well. The room was comfortable and cozy. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend, particularly for the price. 2nd to none. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Lisbon.

This review is for only for Filipe. Thank you for being so warm and friendly to us. We felt bad for not getting to say goodbye to you even though we were there for only one night. You are a very nice person and we wish you the very best to you in your upcoming adventures. As far as the hotel goes, it’s decent. Breakfast needs a lot of improvement.
