It was great, with the only exceptions being the lack of an elevator, meaning we had to use the stairs, and a slightly musty smell in the building. The room was spacious enough that we could open our suitcases and still have plenty of room. The bathtub was very small though! However, being right in the city center made it incredibly convenient to walk everywhere. The breakfast was also decent!

For what it was, this facility is fine. When I was booking, I was actually trying to book Hotel Figuiera, the hotel shown in the picture. I had remembered it from a prior trip. I was disappointed to find that Pensao de Praca Figuuiera used this picture to misrepresent who they were and where they were located. My bad for not paying close enough attention to the name difference, but the picture had me convinced I was booking the property actually wanted. Trivago should better screen how properties represent themselves in pictures.

Pros: Excellent location, and the front desk staff are very welcoming (the luggage storage service is great – they give you a tag, which minimizes the chance of losing anything). Plus, there's a free breakfast that's filling and decent. Cons: It's quite rundown, like a small motel from the nineties, and you have to share bathrooms and showers. However, hotels in Lisbon's Old Town might all be a bit old, so I'm not sure if this criticism is entirely fair.

I walked in and there's no lift so I had to lunge my luggages up two floors to reception the another two floors to my room. There are no lifts. I am pregnant and didn't realise this. No offer to assist. Then when i walked into my room, i really didn't want to touch the bed - it was dirty, felt like prison bed. I slept with my clothes on and checked out the next morning. Location is close but i wouldn't recommend staying here. Bed sheets were dirty so were the pillows.

The hotel location is very nice near by the station and lots of restaurants. The shared bathrooms are clean but I found stains on the bed sheets.. I could have lovely time with them and breakfast is pretty good. Thank you:)

The hotel has a fantastic location, right next to the city center, subway and bus stations, and a 4-minute walk to the train station. The customer service staff were polite and helpful. We stayed for three days, adding a third night to our room, and they were able to arrange our itinerary for the other room – very kind of them. The room was neat and comfortable, with a terrace overlooking the city center. The evening view was lovely, and the two of us could sit on the terrace and enjoy the scenery. The only downside is that the hotel doesn't have stairs; you have to go up two floors to the front desk, then up another two floors to your room on the fourth floor, where you have to use shared bathrooms and toilets. However, these are very clean and hygienic, each bathroom is private and secure. The bathrooms only have shower gel, and towels are provided in the rooms. The soundproofing is poor. There are many shared spaces, and there is a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and toiletries.

The location was good and the facilities were clean, so I was overall satisfied. However, there was no elevator, so it was a little inconvenient to go up and down with luggage.

The hotel is very clean and tidy, with convenient transportation and is located in the city center. The breakfast is also OK. But the room I stayed in was too smoky. I opened the window for a long time but it didn't get out. It gave me a headache and I didn't rest well.

I had a great time in a friendly and clean facility. I would recommend it as I did not experience any particular inconvenience during my stay.

The room is not big, but the location is very good, right next to Rossio Square, no worries about eating, drinking and shopping, and convenient to various attractions. The public bathroom is clean and bright. The front desk service is also great. I checked out too early in the morning and missed breakfast, so they packed a portion for me to take with me.

I liked the hotel. Located in the center. It is convenient to return by transport and there is a lot of everything within walking distance. You can walk until late. The room has a shower and sink. The toilet is outside the room, 2 meters from the room, but was never occupied. Window with shutters. The breakfasts are excellent, timed, in three stages, you need to make an appointment. The coffee is delicious. The view from the window at breakfast is of the square! The administrators are friendly. Keys are provided for the entire time, no need to go to reception. Lots of food points.

Was great. On the minus 4th floor, no elevator. The rest is only positives - clean, air conditioning works, great breakfast.
