Review:
The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk from the main subway station and within easy walking distance of all the major attractions. Despite the central location, our room was incredibly quiet and peaceful.
The room itself was spotlessly clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the blackout curtains ensured we slept in every morning. A special shout-out to the housekeeping team for their attention to detail.
The staff were the true stars of the show. The concierge, gave us brilliant meal recommendations. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and efficient.
Highly recommended!

The 262 Boutique Hotel is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. Visitors to Lisbon will find that the 262 Boutique Hotel is a fantastic accommodation choice. The hotel is conveniently located just 300m from Cais Do Sodré and 14km from Humberto Delgado Airport. In addition, Cais Do Sodré Metro Station is just a short walk away. Famous local attractions Carmo Archaeological Museum, Rossio Square and Bairro Alto, can all be reached with a short walk. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing.
The location is simply fantastic, everything is easily accessible, and there's plenty to explore. The room is small and doesn't have AC, but the fan was powerful and more than enough. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

Overall, it is quite good. Friends who book must pay attention to contacting the hotel's private message in advance, and the hotel's message in advance needs to be replied. If you arrive after 9 pm, you need to go to the front desk of the designated location (3 minutes walk) to check in.
Location: The hotel is in the old town, close to the attractions, it is not easy to find the location at the beginning of the night, there are a lot of uphill, if the suitcase is a bit tired
Breakfast: rich and varied, you can choose, very good
Hygiene: OK

Truly enjoyed my stay at WOT New Lisbon. The staff were very friendly, helpful and the stay is comfortable and pleasant. The room is spacious and very clean. Baggage storage is available as the hotel as well. Hotel is well situated near city center which is really convenient.

The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.
The location is perfect, except that when there is a pub in the bottom floor, you can hear a little noise end (even the windows I think are soundless).

Very good services apartments in a central place. About a 5-10 minute walk from lisboa “time out” market. Good amenities. The rooms are nice has, washer/ dryer and ac, fridge and numerous dishes to have meals with. Definitely ideal for short or long stays.

Because the location is good, it is recommended for those who want to travel alone and keep the accommodation cost cheap. However, there is only one bathroom on one floor and there is a washroom, so it is difficult to go to the toilet while the opposite sex is using 々. Also, the charging spot was broken in the room I stayed in.

The apartment is located in the centre of Lisbon, on the small side, but is equipped with all the facilities. It was very nice that you could leave the baggage before check-in and after check-out, so you could walk on your comfort through Lisbon. Good Wi-Fi and good air-condition, fine plus points!

KKCheongThe check-in and check-out process was very smooth and efficient. Frontdesk also assisted with request for additional washing detergent. Location is good, accessible to restaurants and supermarket. Opposite the Parliament and the famed Portugese Fado singer house. A little far to walk though to the city centre but doable, 20-30mins. Other option is tram or bus.

GGuest UserThis place is a hidden gem. Very much in the city centre but extremely quiet! An oasis in the middle of a busy city. The courtyard is just wonderful and creates a very calm environment. The breakfast is amazing with lots of choices and even eggs made to order. And yes, you can eat in the cute courtyard. But what really makes the difference is the people! The staff could not be any more friendly. Their positive attitude is contagious - you can’t help but to smile. Denise is just the sweetest, even gave me a hug at checkout. Unfortunately I didn’t ask for the name of the lady that ultimately checked us in, but she also was incredibly warm and helpful. I would love to keep this place a secret so it’s available for when I come back :)

GGuest UserWe were a bit skeptical when we booked the place, but when we arrived was just perfect.
Location crazy convinient, easy check in and check out.
Just one issue we had was the hotel contact phone, on booking was a wrong number, and only after we checked Google maps we were able to contact the host.
All except that small issue was great, and exactly like pics

GGuest UserA single-family house, the overall appearance is very formal. The worst thing is the bed. When the upper bunk is moved, it squeaks. Then there was no privacy curtain. Other facilities are complete, and the Western-style breakfast is ordinary but basic. The location is quite convenient, but there are not many people on this street.
DduguguirenI stayed at their house for three days in Lisbon.
When I arrived on the first day, the map showed that it was less than 10 minutes away from the subway, but I didn't expect it to be where the glory elevator was. You can imagine what it feels like to drag a suitcase on such a slope, it's really breathless.
The location is very good, there are restaurants and shops within a few minutes of walking, and there is a supermarket with very good business not far away; Rossio Railway Station is also nearby, which is very convenient to go to Sintra; except that the Belem Tower is a bit far, other major attractions can be reached on foot.
There is no toilet in the single room, and only one room card is given. It is very troublesome to unplug and plug it every time you go to the toilet. I am most worried that if I forget to unplug it, I will not be able to enter the room, so I can only write a piece of paper at the door to remind myself to unplug the card.
