Have a great stay at Turim Europa Hotel. Right from the bell service personnel, front desk (special thanks to Clara and her team members for their exceptional service), bar tenders and housekeepers. The hotel is surrounded by great varieties of restaurants. You MUST try Cardo Restaurant to taste the traditional Portugese cuisine and drinks. The service is excellent and the food are delicious. In addition, it’s only take 5 minutes walk to the Parque metro station (Blue line), which is one of the major tourist attractions line and easy accessible to others line intersections. And less than 5 minutes walk to the Pink metro line to get to the airport from the hotel. Thank you Trip.com for providing with the great accommodation selection on your site. And it makes me have a great and happy memorable experience during my stay in Lisbon.

It was a little far from the city center, which was a bit inconvenient, but the hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. There was a supermarket next door, which was very convenient.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the location, breakfast, the reception service is just second to none 😊👌 I was only disappointed because I didn't have a balcony as I saw when I was booking and maybe it's better to have a fridge refilled with water and couple of drinks which customers can pay for at the end of the stay. But otherwise I really enjoyed my stay at this IBIS hotel🩷🩷🥂

The hotel is excellent, great value for money, and has a good location. It's clean and tidy, practically impeccable. The hygiene is also good, and the breakfast selection is plentiful. I would definitely stay here again.

The room is reasonably clean. But the remote control of the air conditioner was out of order. We needed to turn on the air conditioner by ourselves. Toothbrushes and toothpaste were out of stock. We needed to buy them ourselves. The bed was very big.

Hotel with some signs of dirt at the reception, full of ants... check-in moment. Very small room with an intense and not very pleasant odor When we arrived we had to wait about 10 minutes to check in because there was no employee at the reception. Friendly breakfast and well superior to the quality of the room they made available to us.

We stayed for 2 nights. It is a little off the tourist spot, but it is convenient because you can use 3 stations. You can go from the airport without transfer (however, it was a little difficult to roll a large suitcase because it was a stone pavement). The rooms and bathrooms are clean and you can get water every day. I arrived at noon so if I emailed you that I wanted you to keep your luggage, I entered a room that was vacant early. I had my luggage kept after checking out. There is also a supermarket nearby. The front desk 々 is also a good hotel.

VIP Executive Entrecampos hotel is a good choice when traveling to Lisbon. The room was good and clean. Ther breakfast was very good. There is a good variety of choices. There a few suggestions to improve the quality of the stay for possible guests. 1. The rooms need to have an upgrade. There are few details that could annoy or be hazardous. The rugs in the rooms by the bed block the fridge doors and make difficult to open them. 2. The same rugs could cause tripping particularly when traveling with older people. In my case I was traveling with my mother and she tripped once but I was near her. 3. The hotel needs maintenance and a serious remodeling. One of my high points was the pool, steam room and sauna. They were fantastic. I also loved the piano in the lobby. Overall, this place is a good choice when visiting Lisbon. Thank you for the great service

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Lisbon! The service was excellent—staff were friendly and always ready to help. The amenities were top-notch and very clean, making our stay super comfortable. The location was also convenient for exploring the city. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting with friends!

The hotel was everything we had expected - with the addition of a very friendly desk staff. Room had little in decoration or unique atmosphere, but it was clean, bed was comfy and the mini split aircon kept the temperature in control. The breakfast was not the most varied but the ingredients were of good quality and the restaurant was constantly busy keeping the tables clean and ready. All in all a great place to stay a night or two when exploring Lisbon.
