Lisbon Arroios Hotels

The hotel is convenient to major attractions, the subway station and bus stop (28E) are nearby. The room is clean and tidy, the staff is quite friendly. The room has a balcony to enjoy the city view.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean, of good quality, the staff were nice and helpful. It was in a very good location as well in Lisbon with easy access to the city. There are a variety of food options for breakfast. There is a lot of amenities as well to use all in good condition including a gym, pool, etc. And I really enjoy the Lisbon light show @Lumen Hotel.

Hygiene: The room is not big, but it is clean and tidy. Service: The front desk is very friendly. We arrived before the check-in time and checked in directly if there was a room available. Facilities: There are small bottles of shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. Transportation: The transportation is also convenient, located between Anjos and Interdente subway stations.

The hotel is located opposite the bus station from where the bus guests its way to the city centre. The price of the hotel is reasonable because the facilities are enough and the breakfast are included. In fact, the hotels in the centre centre is rather expensive, so choosing this hotel is rather convenient and cheaper.

Would definitely recommend this place. The stay was very comfortable. Breakfast had lots of choices. Staff were excellent and helpful. Tea/coffee supply was comprehensive. Mini fridge was available for extras like drinks, chocolates etc (at extra cost ofc) (Minor things but- ) TV in the room was a bit old-school though. Plug sockets were very limited in the room. Also lacked instructions on how to operate the air conditioning in the room.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to visit all the attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the subway station is close to the hotel.

Rooms are lovely. Staff are fantastic. The area had a few pick pockets around. In the one day I was there, 2 people had backpacks stolen outside of the hotel. Be cautious with Lisbon in general. Hotel is safe and secure and close to the train station.

Absolutely wonderful place and great service! Very cozy hotel with a small garden. The beds are comfortable, spacious bathroom and room is nicely designed and very clean😊 The place also has a small kitchen, guests can make a sandwich or light meal, tea and coffee sachets are refilled daily. The only minus is lack of elevator, however, the staff was very helpful to carry my heavy bags upstairs:) I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Lisbon🤗

This hotel is overall very average. The room facilities are average, with no special surprises, and the cleanliness is acceptable but not particularly clean. The service staff were friendly but not very efficient and there was some delay in handling the issue. The breakfast options are limited and taste mediocre. The location is OK, but the transportation is not particularly convenient. Overall, this is a hotel that is okay to stay in, but the price/performance ratio is not high. If there are better options, I may not consider it again.

Clean rooms and convenient central location. Very friendly personnel and pleasant to interact with. Plentiful cafe/drink and food options around the hotel. Recommendable.
