This hotel is extremely convenient and close to two metro stations. It is important for travelers that are looking to travel with public transportation. Also it is close to shopping streets, restaurants and a super market. It feels safe to stay here too.

It's right next to Santa Justa Elevator! The facilities are clean and friendly, and the interior is spacious and satisfying! There was no water, so I bought it at a separate store.

The security situation was not too bad, and it was very clean.
There was a bus stop right in front, and the location was very good.
Cleaning was done every day, and the beds, toilets, and bathrooms were all perfectly cleaned.
We were also grateful to receive 1 liter of water for free every day.
The only thing that bothered me was that the walls were thin, so there was noise coming from all over the place.

The hotel's location is great, close to public transport, including the metro and the famous Tram 28, and also near major attractions. It was very clean, my only complaint was the lack of disposable slippers, but everything else was excellent. The service was very thoughtful; we were originally scheduled to check in at 3 PM, but when we wanted to drop off our bags in the morning, they allowed us to check into our room immediately.

I spent a 5 nights at My Story Rossio and here are some of my thoughts:
PROS:
- Excellent location. Hard to beat this prime location. It's at the heart of the city with lots of things to do in proximity. There's also a Metro station across from it so you can take the subway directly from the airport.
- Nice decors and overall pretty clean.
CONS:
- The biggest issue I had during my stay was the poor structure of the building leading to disturbing loud noises. During housekeeping hours, the door to the cleaning supplies kept being slammed. Every time it was slammed, my whole room shook and I jumped up. I called the front desk asking if they could be more gentle with the doors. I was told that that was the way housekeeping was and to call back only if it still happened after 5pm (after housekeeping hours). It was impossible to get any rest during the day. I understand that housekeepers need to do their job but I wonder if this issue could be fixed simply by changing the door hinge to a slow close hinge. Also, in the middle of the night, I would wake up by the creaking noises of people above me when they walked across the room.
- Second issue was the thermostat. It was not adjustable and could only be controlled by the front desk. For some reason, the hotel decided that all the rooms needed to be in heating mode during the night. It was so hot and stuffy that I was not able to sleep for many nights. I had to call the front desk in the middle of the night to turn it off but sometimes it would automatically switch back on. Then I requested to have the cooling instead of heating on but it would be too cold at night and there was no way to dial it myself. So throughout my stay, it would feel like being inside either a sauna or a freezer.

Hotel in an excellent location, everything is well connected and in walking distance as well! Many restaurants nearby, breakfast is good and the services are good. Recommended

Given the price, some of the issues are somewhat understandable, but the facility was significantly more dilapidated than shown in the photos, and it had a distinct odor. I was looking for an inexpensive private room, but if I had known the extent of its condition, I absolutely would have spent more money to book a different place. The chair cushions were falling apart, and the old window wouldn't open or close properly. The clothes hangers themselves looked like salvaged, dented, and paint-peeling items.

The hotel is simply super-located! The downside is the lack of a refrigerator in the room, but everything else is great for my taste: the location, the fresh renovation, clean linen and towels. We stayed for 1 night, maybe that's why everything was super. Yes, the upside is that they left our luggage in the trunk of the room without any problems and for free both before check-in and after check-out. I recommend it.

First and foremost, the room is really nice but the hotel got to carry out serious review on its service standard. After travelling to so many countries and staying in so many hotels, this is the first time I encountered that a hotel that doesn’t loan an umbrella to its guests on rainy days. Next, we were given welcome drinks which we had them, sitting in the hotel lobby which is next to the bar counter. Guess what, a staff came over and rudely told us that “we are NOT ALLOWED” to sit here and consume the welcome drink and have to do that at the bar counter”……yes, NOT ALLOWED are the exact words used. Well, I am convinced that I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and neither would I stay in this hotel again.

Enjoyed the hotel stay during our short trip in Lisbon. Hotel is located in the heart of central Lisbon and near to several metro/ train stations. Hotel staff were friendly and could converse proficiently in English. Room was cosy enough for two of us and my husband enjoyed the plush and comfortable bed. Hotel is also using shower & shampoo products with aromatherapy scent (nice touch there!). Great breakfast buffet too. Only downside could be the weaker in-room wifi - where it's better at the ground level lobby area. Would highly recommend casual travellers to give Our Story Hotel a try ;)

GGuest UserFrom check-in to check-out, the hotel staff responded very politely and made it a pleasant stay.
It's about 20 minutes walk to the area around Comercio Square.
It was a compact, clean and calm atmosphere hotel.

BBartrekOnTourExcellent Stay in the Heart of Lisbon
Villa Baixa is a fantastic apartment complex located right in the heart of Lisbon, near the iconic Rossio Square. The location couldn’t be better — it offers excellent public transport connections and easy walking access to some of the city’s most famous attractions. Within minutes, you can reach the Santa Justa Lift, the Lisbon Cathedral (Sé de Lisboa), Praça do Comércio, the Alfama district, and the beautiful viewpoints like Miradouro de Santa Luzia and Miradouro da Graça.
The apartments themselves are exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and recently renovated to a high standard. Everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The staff is discreet, helpful, and always ready to assist when needed. One of the great advantages is 24-hour access to your apartment, giving you full flexibility during your stay.
I sincerely recommend Villa Baixa to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and centrally located place to stay in Lisbon.

른른정The location is fraudulent
You can walk to all the places and the tram departure is near the hostel!
The room was big and there was a microwave so it was nice to be able to heat simple food.
There was an elevator in the building, so there was no inconvenience at the same time as the carrier.
However, I asked for cleaning every day, but the other place was neat, but the inside of the shower booth was not carefully cleaned 🥲
Overall, it was a satisfactory accommodation 🥹

GGuest UserExcellent, unbeatable location with direct bus service from the airport terminal to the door step of this hotel, which was previously a grand theatre and now sitting right at the heart of the main square in Lisbon old city. It is a tad dated inside but nothing to cry home about and the room is clean with a full kitchenette. Do not expect 5***** furnishings and you will appreciate that you got the best room in the best location at a fantastic price. The check-in staff were also fabulous.

GGuest UserThis is not a quality hotel, but it is in a great location and if you understand something about the rooms you might find it ok. We booked a superior double room and firstly it is not a double bed. The hotel told me they do not have double beds in these rooms, they are all singles pushed together. Secondly there definition of ‘superior’ is that the rooms have been recently decorated and are superior to what they used to be. The reality is that they extremely small rooms, a hanging space either side of the bed with 3 hangers, no wardrobe and no drawer space whatsoever. I think for 1 night this is manageable. Beware some sites show this room with sofas and wardrobe’s- they do not exist as a double room. These are triple rooms and these rooms are more spacious and have a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. Not all have sofas! I found all this out on a recent stay. I booked a superior double and the hotel moved me to a larger triple room. So good customer service. But in peak season I might have been stuck!

GGuest UserThe staff were friendly and helpful. Despite the low ceiling, the room was spacious and comfortable for our needs. The location is very central, conveniently right next to the metro. The entrance is downstairs from the lift and reception, so carrying a heavy bag took a bit of effort, but it wasn’t a major inconvenience. Overall, with reasonable expectations, this was a solid choice.

DDPTGVery central location and helpful front desk. No breakfast available but some cafes nearby. The issue here is the weird decor: all the hallways are black, our bathroom was red with a black toilet and the room was lined with mirrors. Creates a gloomy, gothic ******* feeling. Although I saw the room pictures before booking the true effect was not clear.
