It was a perfect stay for us. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room when we learned that it was our anniversary. The location is great and there is a metro station nearby.

The location was fantastic, right near Liberty Avenue, perfect for walking around and shopping. The triple room wasn't huge, but it was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly. I originally booked thinking there was paid parking available, but it turned out there was an issue with the car park, so we couldn't use it. This meant we spent our first day driving around looking for a spot. Parking in the city center is quite complicated, so we ended up using an underground car park beneath a commercial plaza. They charged every 15 minutes, and it cost over 37 euros for one night! Luckily, the next day was a Friday, and from 7 PM on Friday until Sunday, parking was free.

Excellent location to metro, buses, and restaurants. The room is very clean and with lots of storage space. Staff are friendly and willing to help. They will arrange airport transfer for you if needed. We also enjoy their breakfast very much. I would highly recommend this hotel for those who will visit Lisbon.

Dom Sanchio 1 is a charming rustic-style hotel with a fantastic location. It’s well-connected, with plenty of taxis, the train station, buses, and the iconic Tram 28 just around the corner. Victor and Tarsis were absolute gems—always ready with helpful recommendations and suggestions, which made our stay even better. That said, there are some downsides. Housekeeping was very minimal, limited mostly to towel changes and a quick bed tidy-up. Breakfast was repetitive and quite basic throughout our four-day stay. The biggest challenge, however, was the bathroom—it was incredibly small, probably the tiniest I’ve ever come across in a hotel or hostel, requiring you to walk sideways just to get in. Overall, it’s a convenient and welcoming place if location and friendly service matter most, but be prepared for the compact facilities and simple amenities.

Clean but a bit noisy due to being on a main street (sound insulation is not good), within walking distance of the historical center, adjacent to a very nice large park. Overall good cost/benefit ratio.

We spent 2 weeks travelling in Europe and this hotel was one of the best value stays of the trip. The staff were excellent and let us check in early. The cleaning staff did an excellent job of cleaning our room each day, even late afternoon. The room was clean and well equipped. There was a fantastic view, it was possible to even see the water from our room. The location is just away from the hustle and bustle of the city without being too far away. The area felt safe and seemed more like a business district. The free breakfast was excellent with a wide range of pastries and some hot food. We had such an excellent stay that we decided to go full into the IHG rewards program. Thank you!

The location is fantastic, just a five-minute walk from the Sagrada Familia and a 20-minute walk to the city center. There are supermarkets nearby where you can buy fresh fruit. The airport bus drops you off just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, and there's a metro station right outside, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere.

This is a fairly standard hotel... It offers breakfast... and the rooms even have coffee and tea bags! That's a nice touch... The egg tarts at breakfast are the second best in Portugal! The location... is decent! But we were hiking travelers... and Lisbon's slopes are really tough.

The location is excellent — centrally situated with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and popular attractions. It made getting around the city very convenient. The hotel itself has a unique and vibrant music-themed design that adds a fun and modern vibe to the stay. Our room was clean, stylish, and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. What really stood out was the service. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and welcoming. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend HF Fénix Music to anyone visiting Lisbon.
