The location is excellent, the bed is comfortable, the air-conditioning and the rain are good~ the sanitation is average, the check-in in the middle of the night is a little complicated because there is no reception, so many doors are operated by oneself, the average person has to spend ten minutes to figure it out, it has to pass three passes! I ordered a double bed and one person doesn’t know why I gave me a standard room~ 2 Euros in taxes per day!

The service in a five-star hotel is different. The staff are very enthusiastic. When I checked in, they offered me water to drink, and someone took me to the room and introduced the room facilities to me. When I first entered the room, I thought it was another mirror facing the bed, but it was actually a wall-mounted TV! The room is very large and comfortable to live in. There is a coffee machine, but I didn't find a kettle. There is salmon in the buffet, so families who like seafood should go for it! When I checked out, there was a beautiful lady at the front desk with a good temperament. I was waiting in line. When she saw me, she smiled at me, and my mood improved for the whole day... It gives people a very good feeling and impression, worthy of being a five-star hotel!

Lisbon really doesn’t have any five-star hotels with good parking; That’s why I chose it. It’s within walking distance of famous attractions and the rooms are pretty good. But there was a local white curly service staff at the front desk who was very mean. When I checked in, he took me to see the room, and then he just left. I was still worried when I checked out. I don't pay the tourist tax, so I was greeted excitedly, Oh my god, my car hasn't even left, where can I go? It feels very stingy, not like what a five-star hotel service staff should be like. Laughing to death 😆 And everyone, at least in this hotel, you don’t have to be too polite to them. The more submissive and polite you are, the more they will take advantage of you.

I stayed at this hotel to go to the Evil Live festival at Restelo Stadium. It's in a great location, and the breakfast was also very good. They offer the famous Pasteis de Belém (Belém Pastries) for breakfast. The facilities are always clean, and the beds are super comfortable. For those who want to visit the Jerónimos Monastery, the hotel is right across the street. I recommend it!
