Hotels in Avenidas Novas, Lisbon

It seems the front desk staff go to sleep after midnight, and guests can't get in. I think it's important to confirm this beforehand. My friend and I arrived separately, and both of our flights were delayed, so we arrived in the middle of the night. My friend apparently arrived exactly at midnight and tried to call the front desk, but the staff wouldn't let him in until they came out. They eventually let him in somehow. While I understand the hotel's perspective, our flight delays were unavoidable. We were exhausted from the late-night travel due to the delays, and we had already paid for our stay, so the service we received was quite unsatisfactory. Furthermore, our room had no air conditioning, and although there was a window, the ventilation was poor, so I can't really say it was a good experience.

Our Valentine's stay at the hotel was pleasant. The service was top-notch, although the rooms themselves are in need of renovation. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options for everyone. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, just an 8-minute walk from the metro line, and conveniently close to Pingo Doce and Aldi supermarkets.

Location is perfect, close to everywhere. Room is clean and the staff is friendly. It’s been my third time to stay in this hotel. However, this time I have some suggestions for the hotel to improve. The room should provide basic things like facial tissue (only toilet paper is provided). Also, the hotel should have a system to check if the clients are still in the room. Staff should not enter when clients are still in the room in early morning. It doesn’t make sense if the client always need to put “do not disturb” the night before.

Good budget option for couples — not wow, but decent. Luzeiros Suites, Lisbon Location is okay — Entrecampos area, not the most central, but there’s a bus stop right outside (15–17 min to the center), metro and rental scooters nearby. The scooters are a fun way to explore the old streets. Right next to the hotel: a great seafood restaurant, a grocery store open until 9pm, coffee shops a short walk away. Also — there’s a big underground shopping mall nearby that’s easy to miss at first. The room is very small but functional: wardrobe, fridge, kettle, bed, shower, toilet. 6th floor, courtyard view, no balcony. Staff were quick and efficient, daily cleaning was fine. AC available but controlled by reception only. Note: tourist tax paid at check-in (~€48). Downsides: Soundproofing is catastrophic. We could hear every sound from the neighbor — it felt like he was sleeping in the same room. Woke us up every morning. If you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs or skip this one. The shower sits on a raised platform with no barrier — water floods the floor until you figure out the technique. Price is slightly high for what you get.

VIP Executive Entrecampos hotel is a good choice when traveling to Lisbon. The room was good and clean. Ther breakfast was very good. There is a good variety of choices. There a few suggestions to improve the quality of the stay for possible guests. 1. The rooms need to have an upgrade. There are few details that could annoy or be hazardous. The rugs in the rooms by the bed block the fridge doors and make difficult to open them. 2. The same rugs could cause tripping particularly when traveling with older people. In my case I was traveling with my mother and she tripped once but I was near her. 3. The hotel needs maintenance and a serious remodeling. One of my high points was the pool, steam room and sauna. They were fantastic. I also loved the piano in the lobby. Overall, this place is a good choice when visiting Lisbon. Thank you for the great service

We originally booked a twin room, but they changed it to a double room and said that we didn't tell the booking platform our request. In the end, the hotel gave us two breakfasts, and Trip refunded the price difference, so it was okay.

This stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is excellent and super convenient for getting around. The room itself was spotless, very bright, and the bed was just right – not too soft, not too hard – ensuring a great night's sleep. The service team was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, taking care of all our needs with great attention. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and high-quality stay!

Great apartments! Absolute cleanliness, a few subway stations, you can get to the airport without transfer. On the first floor there is a sofa zone where you can wait until departure. Everything is perfect!

I booked 3 rooms , all are fine but one of the rooms has no air conditioning which was the only thing not good for me. I’ve told the receptionist to get it fixed but still no air conditioning

I had an incredible stay and can’t say enough about the people here. The staff is exceptional—so professional and truly willing to help with anything I needed. I also want to give a special mention to the housekeeping team. My bedroom and bed were kept spotlessly clean every single day. It was such a pleasure coming back to a room that felt so fresh and well-cared for. If you value a friendly atmosphere and a very clean room, this is the perfect place. I’ll definitely be returning!
