You need the email for the access code for front door and then check your self in pay the room tax and note the pin for the room that is allocated the room size is ok however the signs of mold on the curtains and wall are evident there is no sound prooofing and the apartment obviously had a sewage problem as the smell tend to enter the bathroom and apartment living area so a stronger air fresher is needed or fix the issue

VIP Executive Entrecampos hotel is a good choice when traveling to Lisbon. The room was good and clean. Ther breakfast was very good. There is a good variety of choices. There a few suggestions to improve the quality of the stay for possible guests. 1. The rooms need to have an upgrade. There are few details that could annoy or be hazardous. The rugs in the rooms by the bed block the fridge doors and make difficult to open them. 2. The same rugs could cause tripping particularly when traveling with older people. In my case I was traveling with my mother and she tripped once but I was near her. 3. The hotel needs maintenance and a serious remodeling. One of my high points was the pool, steam room and sauna. They were fantastic. I also loved the piano in the lobby. Overall, this place is a good choice when visiting Lisbon. Thank you for the great service

Hotel with some signs of dirt at the reception, full of ants... check-in moment. Very small room with an intense and not very pleasant odor When we arrived we had to wait about 10 minutes to check in because there was no employee at the reception. Friendly breakfast and well superior to the quality of the room they made available to us.

The hotel building looks old but it's much better inside. I appreciate the family room which makes my life much easier when travelling with kids. The buffet breakfast was good too. We were starving when we arrived at the hotel, so we rushed into the hotel restaurant for lunch set (EUROS 19 with main course, salad bar and tea/coffee) , rather nice. Overall, value for money hotel, will come back.

The Masa Hotel and Spa is in an excellent location and easily reached by the metro station about 10 minutes walk away. The room was exceptionally clean and the room had a mini bar, safe and was supplied with bath robes and disposable slippers. Also a litre bottle of water was a welcome addition. In regards to the breakfast. The first morning was perfect and the selection was very good. However the second morning I went earlier and it is best described as a chaotic mess. There was a large party of travellers who all descended the dining room at the same time and there was simply too many in at the same time. Maybe somone should have staggered the amount allowed in at once and allowed people to get their breakfast choice in a relaxed fashion rather than it resembling feeding time at the zoo! I stayed over the weekend the clocks went back and was reliably informed by reception staff that in Portugal the clocks went back on the Sunday night going into Monday which was proven to be completely inaccurate and could have caused problems for ongoing travel if they had been believed! It must be mentioned that the major disadvantage of this hotel is that it lies directly under the flight path of Lisbon Airport and from early morning there are plane after plane coming very frequently into land. Even with the windows closed it's still very noticeable. It's obviously not the hotels fault where it's situated, but if you want a peaceful stay then this hotel really isn't going to give you that. The spa and swimming pool I can not comment on as never used. Neither did I use the dining room for an evening meal. Despite the negative comments it is a lovely hotel simply spoiled by being under the flight path of the main airport.

Very good hotel for your money! Near the metro, the upper floors after renovation, if you are lucky and you are settled on them, there will be a park inn level room with new air conditioning, large windows and a comfortable bed. There is breakfast for an extra charge of 8.5 euros - the choice at breakfast is decent. If something was over, then I asked to bring a new portion and it always worked 😊

The staff was very helpful. buffet had many choices. the hotel was near to the airport but very far from the old town.

overall we had a pretty good stay here - friendly staffs, good room cleaning service, got a metro station just outside the hotel. having said that this place is quite far from the usual tourists spots so you need to plan your trip more carefully to avoid wasting too much time on transportation.

This hotel is an absolute tip. Great location on Campo Grande not far from the airport with a direct metro connection to the city. If you like to sleep with the window open you will hear the planes, but that didn't bother us. The rooms are very large and beautifully furnished. There is no reception, the hotel sends a code and detailed instructions. If you have booked through an operator, write to the hotel or call and you will receive the information via WhatsApp within a minute We really liked everything and it was the perfect place for our stopover
