Nice stay. We booked the triple bed room. Unfortunately, we arrived when there was a mega blackout in Portugal and there was no electricity nor water.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean, of good quality, the staff were nice and helpful. It was in a very good location as well in Lisbon with easy access to the city. There are a variety of food options for breakfast. There is a lot of amenities as well to use all in good condition including a gym, pool, etc. And I really enjoy the Lisbon light show @Lumen Hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to visit all the attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the subway station is close to the hotel.

Hotel staff were friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was nice but limited buffet options available. Location was very good as it is close to public transport and makes it easier to get around the city.

Very clean and easy to get there, rooms are very confortable

The breakfast was good. The subway station was right next to it, so the transportation was very convenient. However, I booked a square room, but I was given a boulevard room, which was in the opposite direction. There were cars coming and going, and there was a construction site, which was very noisy. Because I found it after entering the room, the things were already opened, so I didn't want to change them. During the stay, not only did I encounter the problem that the napkins ran out and were not replenished, but other things, such as tea bags, shower caps, soap, etc. were not replenished every day. I also encountered a small problem such as the power tripping in the room when I returned late (it was pitch black), and the door card was invalid. Let's talk about the service in the restaurant. Some male waiters asked what I wanted and went to chat, and the things didn't come for a long time. Those who mind the above details should book chain hotels, which may have more standardized services.

Second stay in this hotel. This time I stayed for 3 days. Things were ok but there were a couple of details that were not up to I expected. Unfortunately, pool and steam room were still under renovations so only sauna was available. One of the days, the cleaning lady took all my bath towels and forgot to replenish it and she just left me with only a single hand towel. I had to do to the front office to ask for a set of bath towels to take shower. Shout out to Joaquim from front office, that he actually after his shift came up to hand me a new set of towels. Also on the second day during breakfast I took an egg that was supposed to be boiled and after I cracked it, I made a mess of myself and the table, as the kitchen staff had put raw eggs on display, instead of boiled eggs. I will still eventually choose to stay in this hotel as it has an amazing co-working lobby, a nice bar and an overall nice atmosphere, but these 2 events were not very pleasant.

had an amazing experience staying at Lisbon City Apartments & Suites! The location is perfect – close to public transportation, restaurants, and many of the city’s main attractions. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great tips on places to visit and eat. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Lisbon! The room (1 bed room apartment) was spacious and beautifully designed, with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere. The kitchenette was perfect for preparing simple meals, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. I loved how central the location was – I could easily walk to downtown Lisbon, and there was a metro station nearby. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist with any queries. This is a great place to stay for both short and long visits. Will definitely be back! Need to take note that the check in is done at Lisbon city hotel which is about 30 metres away.

Everything was above and beyond. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was well appointment, modern and in excellent condition. Comfy bed, with convenient charging stations in the bedside locker. Balcony was lovely and had a pleasing view of the area. Pool area is well maintained with a bar and snacks. We used the gym, indoor sauna and indoor pool, which were also very good. There is even a relaxation room to unwind in. The gym floor was a little slippy, could be the cleaner that was used. Excellent breakfast, the bread and pastry options were fresh and authentic. We also had a few cocktails, which were delicious. Two enthusiastic thumbs up! Thanks for a great stay.

The hotel is in excellent condition. It's spotlessly clean, and all the staff are incredibly friendly. It's centrally located in the city. The only downside I have to point out is that the street and its immediate surroundings are predominantly inhabited by foreigners (Nepalese, Indians, etc.). All the businesses there are also run by them, and there's a very intense curry smell throughout the street. This smell, unfortunately, wafts into the room if you open the window. So, overall, it's a top-notch hotel with excellent staff, but the curry smell outside is quite unpleasant.
