The location is very convenient, close to the subway entrance. The newly renovated room has convenient facilities, good hot water, and comfortable beds. The front desk and restaurant waiters are very kind, enthusiastic and thoughtful. There are several restaurants nearby, making it convenient to eat.

A nice small hotel with delicious breakfasts. The room had a coffee car. There is a lobby bar downstairs where you can eat and drink a glass of wine in the evening. Clean and change towels every day. Near the hotel a big park. There is a large shopping mall with a food store and a food court in 10 minutes. The metro is 15 minutes walk, a taxi parking near the hotel. Above the hotel, planes are constantly low and we liked it. The parrots were often observed from the window. The hotel left a good impression.

This stay completely exceeded our expectations! The hotel's service was outstanding; every staff member was incredibly warm and patient, from the front desk to other employees, making us feel right at home. The breakfast restaurant service was equally impressive. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a great start to our day. The hotel overall was very clean, with modern and new facilities, making our stay both comfortable and convenient. Upon checking in, we initially had trouble finding our room number, only to discover it was cleverly designed on the floor. While a bit unexpected, it showcased the hotel's unique and modern design concept. This was a very pleasant stay, and we are extremely satisfied with this hotel. We will definitely be returning and will not hesitate to recommend it to our friends.

必須要給攜程客服點贊呀，溝通順暢，反饋及時，而且面對我入住-1層時，感同身受和酒店據理力爭，當天情人節滿房了，第二天換到樓上房間好多了。如果遇到前台入住安排-1房間（顯示房間號碼001-004），還是當場就要求換吧，樓下特別小而逼仄。酒店怎麼説呢，地理位置絕佳，早餐很好，但似乎有點欺負人，我入住前備註希望樓層高一些，直接給我幹到-1去了。房間裏有Q膠囊，但沒有咖啡機，詢問他們，説是壞了，打了兩次電話，前台表示，不打算做任何補救。攜程聯繫後搬了一台備用咖啡機哈哈哈哈哈。另外一個小小的讓我在意的點，其實中國遊客不算多，酒店住客裏面也沒幾個，但當晚-1層4個房間，住的都是中國人……這就很難評，我也不想多做揣測。最後還是要説，攜程客服是金牌客服了喲

I was very pleased with my stay in this hotel, with staff who are perfect and super-performing, especially a staff member called ”Filomena” who was very sympathetic. The hotel was cleaned very well, they cleaned the room every day with a very caprich. The only negative point in this hotel is the noise isolation of the rooms, I stayed in a room in front of the motorway and the noise of cars and aircraft was very unpleasant at night. The breakfast was excellent and very varied. Hotels are aestheticly preserved and beautiful!

Our go-to hotel in Lisbon. It's well-located (near Campolide and Sete Rios), the front office staff are excellent, the restaurant is very pleasant, and the beds are super comfortable, both in the suites and standard rooms. This is where our son learned to walk in 2024, and where we'll always return whenever we're in Lisbon.

Loved the room - spacious and the bed was really big. Room was also clean - though the shower screen had some issues and water kept spilling on to the floor. Amenities and facilities were also great - rooftop bar and pool should stay open later than 6pm!

A good location slightly outside the center. Metro close by and you never have to wait long. The breakfast is basic (no nice coffee) and we didn't find the fruit salad that good. Friendly staff
