Would definitely recommend this place. The stay was very comfortable. Breakfast had lots of choices. Staff were excellent and helpful. Tea/coffee supply was comprehensive. Mini fridge was available for extras like drinks, chocolates etc (at extra cost ofc) (Minor things but- ) TV in the room was a bit old-school though. Plug sockets were very limited in the room. Also lacked instructions on how to operate the air conditioning in the room.

Have a great stay at Turim Europa Hotel. Right from the bell service personnel, front desk (special thanks to Clara and her team members for their exceptional service), bar tenders and housekeepers. The hotel is surrounded by great varieties of restaurants. You MUST try Cardo Restaurant to taste the traditional Portugese cuisine and drinks. The service is excellent and the food are delicious. In addition, it’s only take 5 minutes walk to the Parque metro station (Blue line), which is one of the major tourist attractions line and easy accessible to others line intersections. And less than 5 minutes walk to the Pink metro line to get to the airport from the hotel. Thank you Trip.com for providing with the great accommodation selection on your site. Very good hotel, clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping came several times throughout the day as soon as I left the room, which was really appreciated! My room was located right next to the elevator and on the street side, so it was a little noisy, but it wasn't really a problem; someone had to be there. The hotel offers few services; it's mainly a good place to stay, nothing more!

The hotel is excellent, great value for money, and has a good location. It's clean and tidy, practically impeccable. The hygiene is also good, and the breakfast selection is plentiful. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 2 nights. It is a little off the tourist spot, but it is convenient because you can use 3 stations. You can go from the airport without transfer (however, it was a little difficult to roll a large suitcase because it was a stone pavement). The rooms and bathrooms are clean and you can get water every day. I arrived at noon so if I emailed you that I wanted you to keep your luggage, I entered a room that was vacant early. I had my luggage kept after checking out. There is also a supermarket nearby. The front desk 々 is also a good hotel.

We had a road facing balcony room on the 8th floor. It was very nice except the traffic noise and sirens seemed never ending.Quiet time was 1-7AM .

Really fantastic location for metro systems and local restaurants and cafés. I stayed for the Lisbon Super Half series marathon this weekend and loved this hotel. Clean, friendly staff, central location to all main sites to see around Lisbon. Highly recommend.

Perfect location, no shortage of restaurants steps away. Step out & turn to the right, you go to the shopping district with regular brands like Zara & United Color of Benetton, go to your left & Gucci, Prada & LV are all across the streets. Near metro stations too. The room was spacious, clean & had everything for a comfortable stay, like fridge, mini bar, complimentary water bottle, hair dryer, conditioning shampoo, lotion, shower gel, soaps, tea bags & instant coffee + electric kettle, etc. The beds aren’t the most comfortable & the views except the 5th floor aren’t anything special. We stayed for 4 nights & asked for a higher floor facing the city but it didn’t became available. The staff were nice & the staff breakfast is good value but not to have it every day of your stay as you can find plenty of options in the city to try.

The hotel is in a great location. Avenida da Liberdade is just a short walk away, making it very convenient to get around. Especially in a city like Lisbon where public transportation is not that well developed and there are only a few buses, the hotel's location is very important! Recommended!

The hotel is very conveniently located on Liberty Avenue, with many famous shops nearby. The Rolex store is right next to the hotel. The subway station and bus station are both less than two minutes away. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I come here.
