Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Little Rock Airport

New hotel and very nice! Right next to the airport only downfall is there is no place really close to eat. Lady at the front desk was exceptional. Will definitely stay again.

This hotel is quite new and beautiful. Very clean, and modern. I definitely recommend this hotel. It’s near a small airport but it is very quiet.

We reported an issue with our rooms door handle when we arrived & it was not repaired during our stay. The parking lot lights were much too bright for sleeping in our first floor front facing room even with black out shades. Breakfast was decent & the airport shuttle was easy. More & better pillows would have been appreciated. Outside patio was a nice amenity but the smoking area next to it made it inhabitable at times. Some equipment in the workout room needed attention, like the stability ball that needed air. Hotel was clean & quiet.

My new favorite hotel in LR. Perfect location: deplaned, luggage waiting, shuttle right there. Breakfast is great. Great patio. Huge room and very quiet.

The before midnight clerk was rude. I asked if my room was on the bottom floor. It was on the 4th. That was the only left. My reservation was two weeks plus. I will not stay at Hampton again. The morning clerk had an attitude too. I didnt realize I put my room key in the mailbox. She informed me it was her mailbox, and not key drop. I picked it up and put it in the key drop

This hotel is new and it feels nice and clean. My only regret is that I did not stay longer. Having a new hotel makes a huge difference. I would recommend and also stay at again. It is so close to the airport. I think it is great to stay at when you are first getting in or preparing to leave. one of the 3 hotels I stayed out while traveling nearby.

The hotel was easy to find and is brand new. SheRhonda was our check-in POC and stayed in contact with us.

system and mobile app was down for an hour. spent an hour until front desk person physically found a room for me to check in. Front desk person was great help otherwise could have waited hours in the lobby

Poor communication with Hampton inn about van from airport caused me to pay for an uber instead. No hairdryer in a very bleak low quality room.
