It was a used condom found in my room by my kids and no one did anything but switch my room

First room we were placed in was dirty clothes full trash cans beds not made the moved us to another room we called to request request blankets and sheets and towels never recived them finally had to get up go down stairs and get them myself I was not happy about that so my son went to sleep on a mattress and his jacket I expect some type of discount or something to make up for my time and money I spent on this trip it was already a heard trip cuz I was putting my some in to a rehab but this made it 800 times worse I can’t do this anymore

Great staff, comfortable, clean, and quiet rooms with all the amenities we needed. Just wish we could have stayed longer

On par with all the Embassy Suites I have stayed at. Nicely appointed, but there seems to be some wear and tear on some furnishings in the lobby that screams deferred maintenance (torn up vinyl seating on a bench in the dining / lounge area easily spotted in any of the elevators).

I checked into this hotel to spend the night with a minor surgery patient however there was no wheelchair to help me get my patient from the front lobby to the room and nobody would step up and help me. The Bill men were invisible never showed up to either get me in or out front desk. Staff was very helpful, but it seemed like that people around her were just not helpful or concerned at all.

Clean room and happy hour/breakfast was great. EV experience wasn’t so good. Chargepoint was a disaster.

Bedding passed the black light test. Hotel smelled really good throughout the hallways and elevator. Two options for parking: garage or lot around hotel. Bar area and plenty of seating/tables to sit and eat or work in lobby area.

The bar and breakfast bar were nice. The rooms were clean and well kept. The staff were somewhat helpful, but the service could have been more professional. The lobby was clean but the elevator to the garage and the garage lobby could have been in better shape.

Very good breakfast. And we appreciated the free drinks that came with the reservation. Room was clean and comfortable.
