"I have been paying attention to the craftsman for a long time. I learned that they opened the first city hotel in Liupanshui next to the high-speed rail station. I just needed to travel by Liupanshui and came to live. Overall, I felt quite good. Many green plants in the store were really comfortable haha, I like this brand because their mountain homestays have done a good job before; the transportation is really convenient. There is a snack street not far from the neighborhood where you can eat a lot of local specialties. Go to the high-speed rail station and walk directly for 5 minutes. I also like breakfast very much, there are many categories, the bread is delicious; in short, I am very satisfied with 👍 I will choose Lula next time."

"Several obvious advantages: The family room with a side bed is perfect for families traveling with children. The sink has two levels, allowing toddlers to wash themselves independently. Sharp corners on the cabinets are protected against impacts, demonstrating good safety measures. The room's decor is appealing to children. Requests are promptly fulfilled upon request, and the staff is very helpful. A few shortcomings: The lobby lounge area is insufficient; there's only one free bench, and other seating areas are mostly occupied by paid areas. The supposedly gym is practically useless; a few treadmills are haphazardly placed near the entrance, and the aerobics room is dirty and disorganized. The hotel's location is isolated; finding food requires ordering takeout or taking a taxi. Although it's close to Wanda Plaza in a straight line, the actual route is circuitous, making taxis the only option."

Tongxi Haven Hotel – Liupanshui High-speed Railway Station, hidden in the city center, truly surprised me! 👉 The night view is absolutely stunning! The vibrant lights on the exterior walls, coupled with the lush greenery, make for amazing photos. The ambiance is just perfect. 💖 👉 I loved the lobby design! The minimalist front desk paired with an orange-toned lounge area made waiting for check-in so comfortable. It felt much more luxurious than its price point suggests. ✨ The room details were spot on! The bathroom was quite spacious, and the whole room was clean and tidy. The bedding was so soft and made for an incredibly good night's sleep. 👉 Even the elevator area was stylish, with thoughtful carpets and murals. Staying here gave me a feeling of pleasant little surprises. The value for money is truly unbeatable! To get this kind of environment and service at a hundred-yuan price range is an absolute steal. I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"One night at 11 PM, I turned off the room lights, and they kept turning back on by themselves. This went on for over an hour, severely affecting my sleep. It was never fixed. I was traveling with my child, who had fallen asleep early. The hotel offered to move us to another room on a different floor, so I had to carry my sleeping child to a temporary room for the night. This was a first for me. The hotel only offered a gift as compensation. In the end, Trip.com stepped in and compensated me 100 RMB. Honestly, I wasn't very satisfied, but I didn't want it to ruin my trip, so I accepted it. That's why I'm giving it a four-star rating."

"Environment: It's really nice. The greenery and mountain scenery are especially refreshing. The facilities are complete, and the decor is exactly what I like—warm and beautiful. My siblings, my sister, and I are all very satisfied. Service: The service is impeccable. Everything was arranged in advance, from food and accommodation to transportation. They were incredibly thoughtful. They even provided anything we didn't bring. It was so comfortable! Tie-dyeing: This was so much fun! My sister and I had a blast! There were also activities and facilities for children, making it perfect for family trips. Some facilities were closed, probably because it's close to Chinese New Year, but it's still a great place for taking photos and having parties. There's even a kitchen, so you can barbecue and play in the water. I'll definitely come back next time."

"I booked a deluxe standard room, which was 70 square meters, the largest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Both the lobby and the room's decor exuded former luxury. Next to the hotel is a large square with tiered steps, and although there was square dancing and children playing in the evenings, it ended around 8 pm, so it didn't disturb your rest at all. Breakfast was also included, making it an extremely cost-effective hotel. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Liupanshui."

I highly recommend the Yunnan coffee shop in the lobby called 'Latitude Cloud Jade' (纬度云瑾). They use coffee beans from their own plantation. I highly recommend their pour-over coffee 👍👍👍 and the latte also has a pure taste."

The service was attentive; there was warm water readily available at the entrance even in winter, and the receptionist remained very friendly despite being late for check-out. We enjoyed the hotel's breakfast and afternoon tea; the dishes were plentiful and delicious, far exceeding the quality expected from hotels in the same price range. While our overall trip to Liupanshui was unremarkable, our stay here significantly improved our impression of the city. Highly recommended."

"This hotel seems to cater for tour groups who are loud, smoke in the lobby, pushy during breakfast and the lift. It is also the only hotel we’ve stayed in the whole of Guizhou without a washing machine. Reception told us there’s a ‘drying room’ if we hand wash our garments which turned out to be a hazardous dirty rooftop full of ventilators crap. We cannot understand why they have a such big marbled reception area when they can’t spare a room for basic amenities like washing machines. It is also the only hotel that does not serve coffee or tea for breakfast. Rooms are so outdated and ornate we don’t understand why it is rated four star except for its location."
