This is a great hotel! The room type is very comfortable, I really liked it. It's cozy and peaceful, and the soundproofing is good. The front desk staff were warm and friendly. I will definitely stay here again next time. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive, the environment was good, and the service was excellent. It was a very satisfying stay, I highly recommend the large open-plan river view rooms. I will definitely be back again.

After much deliberation, I finally chose the Hyatt Place. As soon as I arrived, I felt completely rejuvenated! The lobby is on the 42nd floor, and the views are simply breathtaking! This time, I was on the 48th floor. It seems all the rooms are above the 42nd floor, which guarantees every room has a river view and completely isolates guests from ground-level noise. My room on the 48th floor was indeed quiet. The river view was so captivating that I didn't want to close the curtains. It was perfect for just sitting by the window and daydreaming. Dining and other amenities downstairs were also very convenient, and the hotel's location was ideal for reaching all the places I wanted to visit. Coinciding with the Mid-Autumn Festival, the hotel even prepared mooncakes, which was a thoughtful touch. The front desk service was excellent, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay was great! The hotel is conveniently located with plenty of amenities nearby. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good too. Alan was warm and friendly, and his service was excellent. The river view was unbeatable. The only minor downsides were the limited breakfast selection and the inconsistent hot water in the bathtub.

The environment here is excellent, and the rooms are neat, clean, hygienic, and odor-free. It's very convenient for dining, lodging, and transportation. The service is consistently great. Breakfast is very rich and varied. This time, it happened to be the Mid-Autumn Festival, and the hotel even sent mooncakes and fruit.

Hyatt Place Liuzhou is part of the Hyatt brand. It has a great location, with Poly Commercial Plaza right downstairs. The highlight is definitely the river view. Overall, I'd highly recommend it. The front desk staff, Coco, provided excellent service. It's definitely worth a stay.

On the day of check-in, there were urine stains on the toilet, and the room had a strong musty smell. The layout was poorly designed, especially the walk-in closet which was right next to the shower. Even though it's a new hotel, it felt like it had been operating for many years. However, the robot food delivery service was a nice touch.

The views are unbeatable, and the breakfast was delicious. The front desk staff were incredibly efficient, and parking was convenient. There's a commercial street right downstairs, making it super easy to get around for shopping, exploring, and dining – you won't miss a thing!

Upon checking into the Hyatt Place, I almost slipped on a large puddle of water in the bathroom. I immediately reported it to the hotel staff. The hotel later confirmed that the water was residue from cleaning the curtains. This cleaning practice presents a clear hygiene risk, easily leading to cross-contamination, and is a severely non-compliant cleaning procedure. However, the hotel did not address the seriousness of the issue, downplaying it simply because no guest had slipped. They completely disregarded hygiene safety and the health risks to guests. The overall service awareness and hygiene management were disappointing, significantly impacting my subsequent stay. I do not recommend this hotel.

This is a must-stay hotel in Liuzhou! This is my fourth time staying at Hyatt Place Liuzhou for three main reasons: first, it's one of the top three luxury hotels in Liuzhou; second, the high-rise views are beautiful; and third, the facilities are also quite good. The only slight drawback is the limited variety at breakfast.

I had a pretty good experience overall. The only thing is the cleanliness seemed a tiny bit worse than my last stay. The breakfast was decent, and the location is great, making it super convenient to get to attractions and the station. The service was excellent.

I stayed here for a night while passing through Guizhou. The room was comfortable. I had requested children's toiletries in advance and confirmed multiple times online with the hotel that I needed a scent-free room, specifically mentioning that the room needing the children's items. However, the room I received was very damp and had a strong moldy smell (a 1/3 chance of getting one like this!). The children's toothbrush was never brought up, even after I reminded the front desk that evening. Breakfast: The multi-grain European bread was delicious. Don't expect the coffee at the self-service breakfast to be good (there's a Starbucks just 100m away downstairs). The noodle soup was really disappointing; all the noodles were pre-cooked and sitting in bowls (they were pre-cooked for twenty nights, and when you ordered, they would just reheat them, making them mushy). You might want to skip the noodle soup.

The room attendant was very thorough and diligent in cleaning the room, and the cleaning was done efficiently. Leo at the front desk was very kind and proactively offered children's amenities during check-in.

The room was on a high floor and the soundproofing was excellent; I could barely hear anything. Leo at the front desk provided great service. Very good.

Check-in was seamless, with the hotel elevator taking us directly to the lobby on the 42nd floor. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even helped us upgrade to a river-view room. The window view from the room was spectacular, offering a panoramic high-rise vista of Liuzhou.
