Astra Village Hotel Suites

The hotel is about 5 minutes taxi ride from the airport making it really convenient. The rooms are clean with everything you need. The pool is great and the sun loungers very comfortable. You can watch incoming planes landing from the pool. People tend to put their towels down before the pool opens, which can be frustrating and means waiting for a lounger if you don’t do that - Tip: if going in July (it was 33 degrees) go to the beach first and then the pool around 4/5pm and you’ll get a lounger and quieter pool. Hotel is within walking distance of both Ammes and Ai Helis beaches which are immaculate. The water is clean and clear. We would definitely return.

We stayed at Astra Village for nine nights, returning last night. We have been so impressed with our stay that we have already decided to return asap. From the cleanliness and comfort of our room to the friendliness of EVERY member of staff, everything is first class. The sunbeds are the most comfortable we have ever used and there were always plenty available around the pool. The food at the bar or in the restaurant was top quality and HOT! (Not always a given if staying half board) Meals were never 'recycled' the following day and the desserts were amazing. We will definitely be returning.

Beautiful hotel! All the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel and grounds are kept very well. The pool area is lovely with the best sunbeds! We will be returning!

Astra Hotel , svoronata ,really NR the airport transfers are between 5 and 7 mins , Lovely Hotel all the staff are so friendly, we stayed in Block 11 great location Sun on the Balcony every evening. Rooms were clean and well looked after good shower in the bathroom and towels changed regularly, room also had kitchen unit with sink , fridge , kettle . Safe in the room and also air conditioning extremely comfortable. The cleaning staff were fantastic the room was spotless every day ( full marks ) .quite location and a great relax Hotel pool area was large enough with comfortable sunbeds and parasols. Quite location but easy walk to restaurants and various beaches nearby. Supermarket next to and opposite the hotel . Great Value for money . Quite in the evening with a peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was good with a good choice of cereal, hot food , pastry's and cold meat selection. Dinner if your half board was hit and miss great choice of salads but hot food could improve, we ate out most nights . Overall I would stay here again loved the location, rooms and cleanliness,staff Just the evening meals need attention.

2nd time back after going last year. Another great stay and would give 5 stars again. Staff friendly and nice relaxed atmosphere there.

A return to Astra Village. A Wonderful stay, as ever, the place was immaculate, the staff friendly and best of all a significant improvement in the evening meal. The only gripe is that it's ridiculous for a 4* hotel, not to provide coffee after the meal. Will be returning next year.

This is our second stay . And was just as good as the first - the staff as usual are so friendly and make you feel at home - the selection of food at breakfast and dinner was more than enough .the rooms were clean abs tidy - only one hiccup a broken bottle - but wrote me a lovely note saying sorry , great for the airport as well , loved just chilling around the pool and getting some r&r - will be back next year ps we love the cats

It's like home from home nothing is to much trouble, food was good , pool spotlessly clean, staff were lovely out room was cleaned very well all day no complaints at all

Lovely hotel with excellent staff everyone is extremely friendly. The hotel has a warm welcoming feel and boutique vibe. The food is extremely good especially the full bar menu. We have booked to return next year for a week. We fell in love with Kefelonia x
