The restaurant and bar both serve delicious food and drinks. They offer complimentary hot milk before bed every night, which is a lovely touch. The cookies in the mini-bar were also very tasty. I did notice a small stain on the duvet cover, which looked like a foundation mark from a previous guest that hadn't been completely washed out. Otherwise, the hotel's ambiance is excellent, especially the decor in the Heartspace restaurant, which creates a very relaxing atmosphere. The service was exceptionally attentive, making for a great experience overall.

Amazing experience, everything was just perfect. The hotel is the only 5* hotel in Liverpool and it certainly lived up to its expectations. We didn’t eat Breakfast or Dinner in the hotel, the £29 price tag was a bit too steep for breakfast we thought. The room was amazingly clean and quiet. Although we had booked the Deluxe room, we did think the bed should have been larger than just a normal double, but it didn’t spoil our experience. The hotel is 5 min walk to Matthew Street and the Cavern and a 10 min walk to Lime Street Station.  Perfect experience would definitely stay here again.

A very nice hotel with an excellent location. I really enjoyed my stay. The only minor downside was that the standard room was a bit small, but that wasn’t an issue since I was traveling alone. It might feel a little less comfortable for two people. Overall, I was very happy with my stay. If I visit Liverpool again, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Staff were amazing so helpful. Breakfast was very expensive and not as exciting as other hotels. Technical issues in the room regarding tv but we were offered a different room or drinks which was very kind.

The hotel is very comfortable and pleasant to stay in. The staff are friendly, helpful, and provide excellent recommendations. The location is very convenient, with easy access to tourist attractions. The room is clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a very good experience.
