Could be the worst sleep I’ve ever had, mattress was like sleeping on banana, no joke. My bum felt 1m lower than my head and feet. If want to experience what it feels like sleeping in a hammock whilst actually sleeping in a single bed then this really is the hotel for you

I had come to stay at the hotel next to the car park The Prince Alfred - as I was attending the Taylor Swift concert with my daughter. Upon arrival the hotel called me to check where I was and she said to park in farm foods. So I did. She didn’t tell me I wasn’t allowed to park there for a long period of time or even tell me there’s free parking over the road. She just let me park there with no warning which was extremely unfair considering she was the one that told me to leave my car there. When a parking ticket came through my door I was so shocked and upset by this having already spent hundreds of pounds on the trip to Liverpool to then have this ticket for not knowing I needed to move my car. I would never have left if there had I known I’m not silly! I can’t believe this woman gave me false information without so much as a sorry when I called the hotel to tell them what had happened. They said it was down to me to notice the parking signs but why would I check if I’m being told to park there by someone That works at the hotel and who I trusted. I wish I had now, the hotel won’t do anything about this of course! Avoid rude staff and crappy hotel

The music from next door pub goes on till 1130 most nights on weekends till about 230 the wus lots of kick offs too weeks I Wu's there rooms where clean and bathrooms best ting about place Wu's ann she made me feel and others very welcome lovely lady

We came upto Liverpool for son’s birthday and watch the match. Unfortunately we had a rubbish result!! Prior to staying the communication from Annie was really helpful. Where to park, what trains to get into the city. When we arrived we found easy parking in the street opposite. The exterior of the pub/restaurant/b&b is a little tatty. Don’t let that put you off. We were greeted by Annie and a very warm helpful welcome. The room was huge with 4 single beds, very warm, nicely decorated and modern. Spotlessly clean . There were 2 large bathrooms opposite our room also spotless. Annie had left a bag of celebration chocolates for our sons birthday which was really lovely. The hotel is close to Aintree and we walked back from the stadium which took approx 30 mins and there is a train station 5 mins walk from the B&B to get into the city centre. This is a great location, great value for money and managed by a very lovely caring lady who knows how to treat a customer, which is a rarity these days. We will definitely be back. Thanks Annie

The lady was lovely and friendly and made us feel welcome. The rooms are very clean, the beds and bedding are comfy. The toilets/bathroom is down the hall which is a bit of a nusiense but once your there they are great with a bath or shower and everything you need. We would defintly come back here because of the price, value for money, cleanliness and the friendly people. Keri

Un incubo. Prenotiamo su Booking, pagamento anticipato. All’arrivo la sorpresa: camere con infiltrazioni dal tetto con un insopportabile puzza di muffa. L’host non si fa trovare e delega il check in al cameriere del pub sottostante. Pub con musica a tutto volume fino all’una di notte. Chiediamo di sostituire la camera (con muffa) da 4 letti, ce ne viene proposta una da due letti: è gli altri due dormono in auto? L’host continua a negarsi. Interpellato Booking non fornisce assistenza. Andiamo via e perdiamo i soldi. Un incubo. Evitate questo luogo. E attenzione alle condizioni di Booking.
