Friendly welcome at the hotel. I had asked for a quiet room which I got on the 5th floor. I can imagine that due to the central location it might be noisier at the front. Got given an accessible room which I didn’t need but it was huge. Only issue was cleanliness of the sink which I reported and to be fair they came and sorted promptly. The noise at night was from the seagulls as I had the window open on a very hot night . No air con but there was a fan. Hoping the £50 deposit is promptly credited , I would understand that for a group but for a solo traveler I’m not sure it is necessary.

Excellent little hotel. Right in the centre of town and a short walk to the ACC. Bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful. Overall and excellent option and reasonably priced. Would stay again

no mention of a "security" deposit when booked, ask for it to be returned when checking out and was told 3-5 days before it would be refunded !!! Didn't take 3-5 days for them to take ir !!! Room quite basic, lifts slow, horrendous LOUD music next door but ceased at 9pm. Very poor value for money would have been bertter off at a travel lodge or premier inn. Wouldn't stay there again.

Stunning hotel, great location and excellent staff. Rooms can get a little dark, not so great for applying make up but amazing for sleeping. Beds were incredibly comfortable.
