Last minute booking had to wait up to a hour for the PIN code for key however apartment and view was lovely

We went away with another couple, all was perfect great location, 2 double beds both with en suites, lovely kitchen dining and lounge area. Beds so comfy. Read lots of negatives night before we went cant fault anything arrival instructions easy i phoned up and asked if we could arrive early which was sorted for us at no extra fee.

Apartment was great the only slight problem was the heating was turned up to 27 degrees so it took forever to cool down. I would 100% stay here again

Awful, cancelled the room after over selling only to list elsewhere for more money. Asked me to request a cancellation which wasn't prepared to do as they didn't want to cancel the room themselves.... They then sent me an email to advance check inm avoid at all costs.

Cancelled our booking due to a ‘technical error’ which meant they overbooked. However it seems more than likely that the sold the rooms too cheap for what they could get and changed their mind… However upon reading the reviews we are glad to not be staying here!!

Check in and arrival was easy, clear location for key pick up. Building was great and the room was very clean. Though upon arrival, there was a strange smell in our room with the bathroom very humid - perhaps a plumbing issue. The staff were helpful upon departure via a phone call. I would note that the property is only 21+ and residents must live outside the 15 mile radius of the property. Though this is not mentioned prior to booking the property. Furthermore, you are required to provide your ID for check in, again, after you’ve paid and reserved the property

Perfectly appointed apartment - great location for me as i was staying in Liverpool for the Everton game and was walking distance to the stadium
