Booked from 27 Feb to 4 Mar. On 2 Mar there was no house keeping. When expressed disappointment to the counter staff the next day, the staff just explained that there were nobody working on 2 Mar. Not apologised and as it is normal operational flaws. However the staff during my check out was kind and helpful to let me store my luggages for 2 hours for me to take lunch.

The place was clean, the studio is spacious. It was very difficult to check in I had to wait a long time to get into the building. There is not reception or clear instructions to do it. The amenities were good but there was not cutlery and some kitchen utensils were very old. Besides there was not enough toilet paper.

Ideally located on the edge of the city centre, just 10 minutes walk from Lime Street station. Email instructions for checking in were clear and ideal. The building is modern and perfectly functional. My room was excellent and would be ideal for a short self catering stay in the city. The facilities were ideal for my stay. The two members of staff I briefly met were friendly, polite and professional. Good value for money.

Spotlessly clean extremely large room everything you could need. Booking in and out was simple. 

Good - Spacious room. 5 minutes walk to Lime Street Station and Metropolitan Cathedral. Very hot shower Bad - lift is out of order. Mattress is tomorrow soft and uncomfortable

Absolutely fantastic service from the moment I arrived. The gentleman at the front desk was absolutely spot on very friendly and welcoming. The room was faultless very clean, and had everything you needed and more.Will be staying again for sure.

Clean , good stay for family, can cook , all kitchenware enough to use
