Heeton Concept Hotel City Centre Liverpool

This hotel is lovely, well-situated and incredibly good value for money! We booked a midweek stay on a mobile, using a price comparison site and the multiple, additive savings resulted in a 3 night stay in a very nice hotel for less than the price of a hostel! Even if you have to pay full-rate, the hotel is great value. Comfy beds, spacious rooms, air conditioning, toiletries, blackout blinds, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff really shone, especially Marta and Greg, who ensured that my autistic son's needs were really well catered-for. I would book again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic location - very close to the docks and city centre with a train station next door (which we never heard!). Room was clean but only 1 towel each with no bathroom hand towel. Shelves had seen better days but were ok, TV was small/older but not a massive problem for us… air con was very good, quiet whilst keeping the room cool! Single beds were comfy but quite small - might be because I am used to a king size at home though! Shower was good, with nice shower gel/shampoo! Overall very happy with my stay for the price - recommended!

Very prefectly located spot right over the St James station and across the pier side with magnificent view and close to Liverpool One

Fab location, next door to James street train station so brilliant for our little trips, opposite is a Wetherspoons and it's near all the local amenities. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body cream and hand wash all provided and also a kettle in the room with tea, coffee, decaffeinated coffee, various sugars and milk. There was a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, air conditioning and heating. We had a lovely stay.

There was blood on the bed and sheets, as well as the towels. Really poor hygiene on that part but service was amazing and treated me wonderfully

Great location of the hotel... Clean and modern rooms... Just the lack of a small refrigerator in the room felt a bit lacking, especially in the hot weather.

All 100%, bedroom was very hot at 1st, spoke to reception as no open windows in room & reception told me how to do the air con and the room temperature was brilliant, Didnt have any food there, but no issues and will definitely go back, didnt pay any attention to decor as it's not where I live so doesn't bother me.
