Great location. Really helpful and friendly staff Personal note awaiting in our room which was spotless with a wonderful view of the Liverpool skyline. From St George Hall to the Liver building Will definitely be staying there again

Excellent location, close to bus stops and Lime Street station. Brilliant breakfast included. Would be good if room amenities can include toothbrushes, bedroom slippers and shavers. Otherwise a pretty good stay and value for money.

The service staff had a rude attitude. We booked a room with a 1.8-meter bed, but the front desk gave us a room with a 1.35-meter bed. When we entered the room, we found that it did not match the room type we booked. We communicated with the front desk, and the front desk responded that the hotel did not have the room type we booked, and then ignored it. Later, after we communicated through the booking platform, the hotel reluctantly gave us a room with two 1-meter beds, but the room was very small, and a cabinet blocked the door.

Clean room and great breakfast.

The facilities are a bit old, but well-equipped. Hygiene is okay, but still a little dirty. The environment is so-so. It's a bit noisy next to the train station, but the scenery is good. I was given a high-rise room and the city view is very good. The service is very good and deserves praise.

라임스트리트 바로 옆으로 위치 좋음. 조식이 넓은 식당에 부담없고 청결하여 좋았음. 장기간 숙박이 아니고 다른 도시로 이동할 경우 이용하기 좋은 곳임

Lovely modern, clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Good selection for breakfast. Close to train station and city centre. As a hotel guest you get free 24hr parking in the adjacent multi storey car park.

Great spot

This hotel is convenient to Lime Street train station. The hotel is located just across the road and easy to get to with suitcases. The hotel is clean and the staff are courteous and helpful. There is a bus station close to the hotel for getting around the city and there are shops and restaurants close by. Overall a good value for money hotel in Liverpool.

Rigtig fint hotel med en dejlig placering og venligt personale! Største minus var at der ikke var smart tv/ Chrome cast og at der heller ikke var køleskab samt at der var beskidt under sengen. Ellers ganske fint

Really helpful and attentive staff on reception in the bar and restaurant. Great service. Hotel was super clean too. Sadly the room was quite dated and tired. Also the layout could have been better fit a family. In room 903 one of the beds would have been better in the smaller room for the children. Families don’t tend to need a desk, so a sofa would have been better and put in the larger bedroom. The tv should have been on the other wall as in the corner only those in the bed near the window could really see it. It’s also the first room I’ve stayed in without a fridge so our drinking water was warm. The room was spotless and staff were faultless. Sadly the hotel rooms I’m needs a refurb and a fridge.

Friendly , helpful staff. Room well presented. My only issue with the room was the lights not bright enough for me. I am registered blind and have limited sight so how bright a room is is important. I would recommend the hotel t any onee where it for one night or longer

Had a great stay, very friendly and helpful staff ... front desk were super and the breakfast team superb. Will definitely stay here again
