Staybridge Suites LIVERPOOL by IHG

The service was extremely poor as we had no house cleaning done in our room in the 2 nights spent there. I called the customer service and was told cleaners were going to come and change the bed linen, towels and clean the room but that was false. I called a few times to chase this and nothing was done so I slept on the same old bed linen and I had to later chase up to get some clean towels. The service was really poor and there weren't many breakfast options to choose from as there wasn't much variety.

Modern and well thought out apart-tel with a good breakfast. Convenient for the Arena.

Good location for the M & S Arena right opposite lots of quirky touches and a little kitchen area in room

Great location and would be excellent for families to with fussy eaters, although you get free breakfast as well.

I like the location. walking distance to conference centre! Parking is a bit expensive but convenient

It was an excellent stay. The hotel is located in an oasis of calm. The studio was lovely all the utensils were clean and the dishwasher as a 30 min setting so easy to clear up. Bed is super comfortable had the best nights sleep. Would definitely stay at a Staybridge again. It was also near the waterfront music venue - we could to listen to a fews concerts for free from the outside . The river Mersey was also 2 min walk away with a stunning sunset

Amazing staff. Great room with nice view overlooking docks. Fantastic range of breakfast treats.
