SCAM APARTMENT !!!!DO NOT STAY HERE , THEY ARE SCAMMERS .ROOMS LOOK NOTHING LIKE PICTURES , only way to describe is a disgusting un clean pit . Blood stained towels . Staff are terrible have no interest in resolving our issue . We booked a deluxe room and as you can see from pictures it was not that , we addressed with staff straight away and they agreed it wasn’t a deluxe apartment had no interest in sorting this . Brown stains on bedding and period stains on towels . No sleep at all as you are above clubs which play music until 6 am . I would never stay here again . Staff still have not refunded us and acknowledged our letters !!!! As you can see looks nothing like advertised picture

Do not be deceived by negative reviews. The apartments are spacious modern and meet all your needs Yes there are a few things that need addressing, but you get that in any aparthotel accommodation in my experience. Location is second to none. All the reasons people visit Liverpool for are on the doorstep. Or within easy reach, plenty of bars restaurants clubs shops of all standards local. Book your Liverpool stay at the Terlon and enjoy yourselves.

The checking in process was very poor. There is no check in 5-8pm, just when business people want to check in. I had contacted ******* and they gave me a number to ring. I called to be told that they had tried to phone me at work (I can't take call), and that you would have to wait until 8pm. I would have been on the doorstep if someone hadn't let me.in as they were leaving. The woman was brusque, gave the impression that it was my fault! I gave it a 3 because the receptionist, who came on at 8pm, was very apologetic, the room was good, clean and what I wanted. But I will never use Terlon again.

Old, tired and dirty. We booked this to be central in the city, on arrival the corridors were a mess, we went to our room to find the key just left in the door. The bed was collapsed in the middle, springs coming through also. No way to control the heating as it’s locked on a set temp. The bathroom flooded from the shower and sink. We woke up to water coming through the roof from the bathroom above. Checkout was also bad with a note just saying leave the key on the desk. Therefore anyone could go into our apartment and we would be liable. Do not stay here.

Excellent staff on reception, really friendly and helpful. Great central location but very noisy until 3am from the clubs opposite Cute apartment but in need of tlc, loose floor tiles in bathroom, bathroom tap hanging off, general maintenance needs improving throughout the building. Very clean, warm, well-equipped with iron, kettle, hairdryer etc.

Booked the Terlon apartments for an overnight trip to Liverpool, this accommodation choice was based on the photos and positive reviews, unfortunately our stay did not meet the same expectations. The apartments at one stage were possibly a 4* standard but a lack of maintenance has left many of the apartments in a poor condition. When we checked in (1.30pm) we were advised that official check-in was 3pm and to check in earlier would cost an extra £25. We had just stepped off a plane and wanted somewhere to drop our bags and freshen up before heading out - after some push back with the concierge he confirmed that our appt had actually been serviced so we could check in a little earlier (provided we went online and left a positive review). Deal. The lamps in the bedroom were hanging off the wall, the knob on the bedside cabinet was missing, the sink in the bathroom was blocked, the tap on the sink was loose, the toilet seat was loose, there was no hand soap provided (shampoo and conditioner was) and the wall cabinet was hanging off the wall. In the Kitchen, the large cupboard over the sink (holding all the plates and glasses) was only secured to the wall with 4 screws (completely inadequate for the size and weight of the contents) so the whole unit was 8-10mm out from the wall at the top which is an accident waiting to happen. The next morning we went to shower and there was no hot water, the concierge came up to the apartment and the hot water had been turned off (which we were blamed for doing - we hadn’t) so it would take 45mins for there to be hot water. We waited for an hour, still no hot water so the concierge allowed us to use another apartment to shower in so we wouldn’t miss our flight. A nice apartment block in a historic building in a great part of the city but a lack of maintenance is really holding it back considering the nightly cost. There are better options out there in Liverpool, keep looking.

This apartments location was perfect as this was in the city centre and only a couple of minutes walk from Liverpool One. The shower was lovely and hot and there was tea and coffee facilities. On the down side the beds were extremely uncomfortable and squeaky. The door in one of the bedrooms did not close as one of the hinges had come off. There was only enough room for 3 people to sit on the sofa in the lounge/ kitchen area even thought this was a 4 person apartment. Overall this was a lovely place with super friendly staff. I would recommend for a weekend but no longer due to the beds being so uncomfortable.

My daughter and I stayed for 2 nights . Our studio was looking down Matthew street where The Cavern club and bars are along , Facilities are excellent with toaster, washing/dryer dining table for two, sofa, comfortable bed , modern shower room. You can cook if you want, all the equipments are there. As others mentioned, it is in the lively location , music is playing all day long and up until 1am or so . If you are too sensitive about noise, it would not be an ideal place to stay. But we were too tired , just fell asleep. Staff are helpful, easy access to the building with code annd key. you will be informed on the day prior before check in. Walking distance to Liverpool One, high street, Albert Dock, Pier Head, Hope you will enjoy your stay

On first impressions the room smelt so strong of bleach and dirty water which has clearly been used to wash the floors. The floors where very slippery from whatever they had used to clean the floors it was that bad I wouldn’t even take my shoes off. Bed very old and uncomfortable. The room so so hot which brings me on to… the noise. The accommodation is set on what can only be explained as a full on party street. We had literally no sleep the partying stopped at around 6am it was so loud and screaming shouting music and fighting. This was with the windows closed to get any fresh air in it was as if the party was happening in our room. Once the partying was done then the council arrive to clean the roads and paths so then you have jet washers going and then road sweepers coming down. You should be given a warning of what area you are booking as my husband and I had no idea we just came to watch a show and I had just come out of hospital so couldn’t wait to get out out of there. Avoid avoid avoid unless your joining in with the party
