I booked this apartment as a layover stop, and it turned out to be much better than I expected. The description said a 1.3-meter bed, but it was actually closer to 1.8 meters. The small kitchenette isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate for simple cooking. The hotel has its own enclosed parking, and the overnight rate wasn't expensive. Just remember to check in at the front desk first, otherwise, you can't get in. The apartment's location is also excellent, right next to Albert Dock, where the Beatles statue is located. All in all, great value for money.

Pleasant check in. Slight issue with the AC in the room but maintenance arrived very quick to explain the problem. Bed a bit squeaky but no other complaints. A pleasant stay, as always!

Excellent location! Rooms have a little kitchenette area which is ideal for families! Very clean & safe hotel! Staff very welcoming & very helpful !!

*Great location, lovely staff, but very noisy room* Stayed 4 days/3 nights. *Pros:* - Staff are all really nice and helpful, always with a smile. - Room was clean and basic, with everything you need for a short stay. - Location is excellent — close to Liverpool One bus station, Liverpool Central rail, Tesco/M&S, city centre and all the main attractions. You can walk everywhere. *Cons:* - The room I was in was super noisy. I had a terrible sleep for all 3 nights. The main issue is the fire lobby door going the rooms - when it’s opened to access the rooms the air pressure makes it slam shut with a very loud bang.  I did report it to reception and request for a change in room location, however, they said that they were unable to modify my room.

Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at and one of the best hotels in Liverpool.. I highly recommend booking at staying here.. the staff were really nice as well
