A lovely Hotel just a 10 minute walk from Sefton Park a nice clean room I had a great sleep nice & quiet,had to park on pavement but no big deal a very safe area I would book again .

The room was clean, tidy and we were well supported by staff when required. Parking was adequate and the bus stop was handy for transport to Liverpool centre. Pillows could have been in better condition but that would be my only downside.

The place was good. Lighting in bedroom could have been brighter.
Staff excellent.
My shower doors were broken.

Good location for Liverpool
Good location to get into Liverpool with free parking. We parked our car and took the bus or walked everywhere. Local area(Lark Lane) was close by with lots of restaurants for dinner.
Staff was friendly and bar on premises was great after a long drive and before dinner drink.
Room was ok. Furniture dominated the room and being on the ground floor damp and dark. Breakfast included was ok. Coffee terrible.

Superb room in a beautiful house with a nice lounge.
Wide selection for breakfast, a shame the coffee was instant.
