Tune Hotel Liverpool

I was surprised to this when I walked into my room had to go into 3 different rooms as they were just all dirty. There was hairs everywhere skid marks on the toilet seat and overall just disgusting. Asked about a refund and I have had no reply. Not happy

Dont stay trust me it’s the worst place anyone can stay. Find something else.

Great location. Plenty of bars within a short walk. Lime street station wasn’t too far away on foot.

It was very good from when I arrived with courteous and friendly staff.. very clean and I will definitely return to the same hotel… Nothing flash, just. Clean pleasant hotel.

top location for a hotel, barring the sounds of nightlife nearby, which you CAN go to! staff were very friendly, the room i stayed in was absolutely clean, bed was comfy, shower was decent and had a great night! the only problems i had was with the lighting bedside - it kept flickering on and off rapidly after i turned the switch on, the windows were broken and unable to open and even though i didn't buy them you have to pay for water and tea for a kettle which isn't what most hotels do, but the scale of the issues had little impact for staying 1 night

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in mold on blanket body hair in the bed doors do not lock from the inside so not safe and windows don't open the staff moved us room and another body hair was found in bed so ended up leaving early so unhappy

The tune is cheap cheeful and clean,also situated in the prime part of liverpool, its a great place for little money

Pleasantly surprised. Felt a little dated walking the corridors to my room. Once inside the room felt great, secure, ac, comfy bed, excellent location and I mean exceptional. It’s not the best hotel out there, but wins hands down for price, location, lovely staff. It’s really good ! I’d stay here again. Loved it !

Hotel was average.. like a maze trying to find the room. Strange location of lift and staircases! Room was very warm and air conditioning did not work. Room was small and although it did have a window.. we had a view of a brick wall.
