No booking Room was not ready staff was good but over all was not good hotel

Smooth check in, guided to clean room. In-hotel bar was lovely with lots of TV screens showing sports. Plenty of outside seating to enjoy drinks. Was offered a croissant and orange juice when checking out in the morning. Lovely experience.

Could do with serving breakfast. Good location for Anfield and friendly staff

Room very clean and spacious No lift service Limited parking space

Booked a deluxe room, got given an accessible room facing the back with jail bars outside the windows. Toilet had no cover, floor creaky. While on the toilet and with the door lock turned, someone opened the room door and tried to get in. Scary experience.

Such a bad stay. Changed rooms as the room i was alocated was not clean. I ended up in the CELLAR with no window. In 2026 I went to a cell. And no refund of apology. And for the car park yes it's free but on the street. What a joke of hotel.
