Great budget hotel and location is excellent. Free parking in Liverpool is a bonus. Noisy if on roadside but no fans in the room so windows have to be open. Stayed a couple if times now no complaints as such.

We had a quick and professional checkin but we decided to pay a little extra to have a room with a view of the old docks. The room and especially the bed were very comfortable. One reason why we chose this hotel was because of the free and secure parking. It’s also close to Albert Dock. Food and drink were available at the hotel but we chose to eat at a restaurant across the road. All in all a very pleasant stay and I’d definitely recommend this hotel

It feels like an American-style Motel, with convenient transportation and convenient dining nearby. However, the house is too old and the sound insulation is very poor.

The hotel is located on the seaside, very close to the Albert Dock. It is a 20-minute walk to James St train station and a 15-minute walk to the city center, Liverpool Cathedral and many other attractions. It is convenient for sightseeing. The heating is powerful, the temperature is suitable, the bed is comfortable, the windows can be opened, and the wifi is good. However, the desk light is dark. It would be better if a desk lamp is added.

Great place to stay for a night or two if you’re on a budget. Clean and comfortable if a little dated!

The heating was a bit temperamental. Would have been nice to have a floor mat in the toilet because the floor was super cold. Otherwise not a bad stay at all

This hotel was excellent value for money. We had everything we needed, and it was in very close proximity to the Liverpool Arena and it was opposite a McDonalds. The walls were a little thin but still thoroughly recommend.

Fine for no frills stays. Dated decor but pretty clean. Bath plug didn’t fit in my room. TV didn’t have Netflix capability. Not good for shift workers as housekeeping staff are very loud in the hallways in the mornings.

Pros: Very friendly staff, excellent service, loved how there was always staff on reception. A lovely quiet bar and restaurant. Free tea, coffee, sugar, milk to top up and replenish if needed. Nice and simple snacks and drinks options to buy and take to your room too. Location is perfect! The Hotel is a 10 minute walk to all main attractions. We booked a superior room overlooking the river and you could see the wheel of Liverpool from our window. Every thing is in walking distance. Free parking at the hotel. And late check out 11am with an option to pay £5 for additional parking time after check out to explore the city further if you’re not in a rush home. We took this option to stay longer and went out for brunch at the docks and bought some souvenirs from the gift shops there. The room was clean, tidy, towels provided. Cleaner came in the second day when we was out to empty bins, replenish and top up toilet roll, teas, coffees etc. We didn’t expect this, and left jewellery and expenses out and everything was still there. Clearly a trust worthy place to stay. The room was standard. A good space and plenty of hangers with beautiful view. Cons: The only bag point was the bed was very springy and uncomfortable. Would we stay again? Absolutely! If there was an option to pay more for a luxury mattress, I would do this. Everything else, perfect!

Ok, for a basic stay, only did 1 night. The room was standard but clean and tidy had Coffee/Tea facility in the room plus a hairdryer. Only got bath towels no hand towels though. Took a while for hot water to come through on the shower but once through was lovely and hot. A little noisy as overlooked the main road. Great location for M & S Arena just 5/8 min walk which is why I stayed here.
