Everything as expected - super clean

The hotel was just fine. nice & clean. It was a bit further out than we'd have liked but it was very useful to have car parking. We had a great river view but it was a bit tight on space with not really enough room for our smallish case.

Lovely clean quiet hotel, next to the water. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Evening meal was fair and very good price wise. We would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Rooms were very small and bathroom / shower area especially cramped !

Lovely location and the staff were very friendly. The only negative was the extremely small shower/toilet. Would definitely book again if visiting for 1 night.

the hotel is good enough for 1 night. the viewpoint , restaurants ans shops are around 30 minutes you can reach by walk. the car park are also ok and easy-to-use.

Brilliant hotel; excellent location (just 10 min walk to Albert dock/Liverpool ONE), free parking, lovely views, friendly staff, comfy bed, great room amenities right down to the biscuits. We'll be back!
