I like it

we were checked into our room and had minimum time to to attend a function and there were no towels no washcloths in no hairdryer no Kleenex wwwhen we finally got what we needed no bath mat or soap or hand towel we couldn’t get a quick response to get those items because the same guy managing the desk. Had to bring the items up to us for the third floor, and he bought them up a few at a time.

Room was clean, but needed some repairs and upgrading. Our room was on the 1st floor, we usually stay on the 2nd

I never stayed at the property as I expressed I was in a situation where I was being stalked and was given a room that was made me vulnerable. After I seen the room i went to the front desk in attempts to get a more comfortable room however the workers would avoid me so I was unable to ask for it to be switched so I left. I was given room 125 where there was a window with a garbage under it.

I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay here nor will I ever again. The room was very dirty. Used bar of soap left in the bathtub, microwave was disgusting, the floor had crumbs all over it, left over toothpaste around the sink. You could tell on the faucet’s that the room was not cleaned. People were playing loud music and smoking in their rooms. This was an upgraded room and the hotel refunded me the upgrade charge.

The room was so dirty and disgusting. Someone threw up under one of the mattresses and did not bother to clean it up. Our reservation was not held even though I made the reservation 4 days prior. There was hair in the sink the smoke alarm did not have a battery. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel room.

Horrible experience!! There were kids staying in rooms without adults being loud all night long and the staff did NOTHING!

My overall experience was great. I would come back. My only problem was having to have my room key reprogrammed every day. When I left and returned to my room I had to go back down and staff programmed the keys. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Was not as expected. The room smelled, the tub was awful. I was suppose to stay 3 nights, only stayed one because we checked in so late. The hotel was a comfort inn hotel and I think they were renovating. Had I know that I would not have chosen this hotel.
