This hotel is a hidden gem nestled in a valley, and the environment is absolutely stunning! You must check out the cliffside hot springs and the infinity pool – they're incredibly photogenic. Within the resort, you can feed adorable alpacas, and there's also a dinosaur park and a bamboo slide, making it perfect for families with kids. The room facilities are top-notch, with high-quality amenities throughout. The exclusive butler service is attentive; I especially want to commend Butler Bingbing for her patience and meticulousness throughout our stay. She was always responsive to our requests, creating a wonderful sense of belonging. Highly recommended for a family vacation!

This is an amazing family-friendly hotel! There are so many activities, and the facilities are complete and well-equipped. I found this place on Xiaohongshu, and it completely lived up to expectations – absolutely no regrets! A special shout-out to Butler Xiao Lei, who was incredibly reliable and patient. This experience was quite a pleasant surprise. We had a dedicated butler who followed up on our needs one-on-one, and any messages we sent were answered very quickly. The car arranged for our outings always arrived on time, and the drivers were polite and patient, which saved us a lot of hassle compared to organizing things ourselves. It's rare to encounter such smooth service. The only slight drawback was the bathroom linens in the room, which looked a bit dingy, but that's understandable. The clifftop hot springs were great for soaking in. The dinosaur park is worth a quick visit (there are deer 🦌 inside), and feeding the alpacas was a lot of fun. Overall, it was a memorable trip.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations! We came for a two-day, one-night trip with our child and parents, and it was a convenient 1.5-hour drive from downtown Changzhou. Our hotel butler, Xiao Lei, was incredibly professional and provided excellent service, responding instantly to all our requests. The entire experience was much better than other similarly positioned hotels in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai. All the other staff members were also very polite, friendly, and professional; you could tell they were very well trained. I've already recommended it to my relatives. Plus, the restaurant food was delicious! It was perfect to enjoy great meals without leaving the hotel, especially with the hot summer weather. We'll definitely be back!

It's super convenient to get to from Shanghai, and the hotel has essentially taken over the entire mountaintop and bamboo forest. The biggest surprise was our butler, Xiao Chen. She was incredibly meticulous, from sending itinerary reminders before check-in to promptly responding to all our needs during our stay. We truly felt at home. When she learned it was for a birthday celebration, she thoughtfully prepared a birthday cake, which delighted the child and warmed the adults' hearts.

This time, I came for a solo staycation to escape the city's hustle and bustle, and it was truly peaceful and comfortable. My butler, Tiancao, was incredibly enthusiastic.
