I recommend the better rooms (jimu, etc) cuz it is much more quiet! Staffs are nice, breakfast is also good. The noodle is really nice and there’s boiled eggs, so it’s good for people who are working out haha. I always stay here. You can order a lot of online shopping stuff and don’t need to bother staffs to keep the parcels.

I'm a loyal customer and have a high membership tier with your establishment, but I've never encountered such a terrible situation! There were bloodstains and a lot of tiny debris on the bedsheets. Can't they clean more thoroughly? Can the staff working on the evening of the 8th receive better professional training? When faced with a problem, they weren't trying to solve it, but rather kept explaining to me why they couldn't do it. Why could something be done before, but not now? Does a bad experience get better just because you explain it away?

The newly opened hotel last year has new facilities, better sanitation, and convenient use of dry and wet zones. Direct elevator access, free parking, and a better experience. Late night porridge arrives, warm and thoughtful!
