Huge thanks to Anne for her incredibly thoughtful service! This hotel is absolutely perfect for a family vacation, offering amazing value for money. They have a fantastic range of activities, and the evening fireworks display was beautiful! It's super close to Nanshan Bamboo Sea, just a few minutes away. Taking the kids to see the pandas was great too, with hardly any crowds. Everyone we met in Liyang was so warm and patient!

Towards the end of the National Day holiday, my friends and I decided to go on a vacation and chose this hotel – it completely exceeded our expectations! 🥰 The hotel is very close to Nanshan Bamboo Sea, and the park's scenery is beautiful, perfect for photos. That evening, there was even a live band performance, creating a lively atmosphere, and the grand finale fireworks show was absolutely stunning 🎆. I want to especially thank Anne for her thoughtful service throughout our stay; she communicated our needs in advance and was incredibly warm, making our trip extra smooth. The accommodation was clean and elegant. We had a great time and a comfortable stay, which brought a perfect end to our journey ✨.

We chose this incredibly well-designed hotel during the October National Holiday. We got a free upgrade to a round-courtyard room, which was beautiful and completely devoid of the usual holiday hustle and bustle. The best part was being able to enjoy a hot spring bath right in our room – the kids absolutely loved it! In the evening, there was a bonfire concert, and we could even light sky lanterns with the little ones. Anne was incredibly helpful and attentive, even giving us a small gift. The only regret was that the weather was a bit too cool for a swim. Haha.

There were quite a few dead bugs in the room. Also, the amusement park across from my room was a bit noisy. The chickens and geese downstairs would make noise in the middle of the night, so if you want quiet, definitely don't stay in a room facing the road. The hotel environment is fantastic, very relaxing and comfortable. The hotel facilities are also decent, and the staff are very enthusiastic. There are plenty of activities for children, both indoors and outdoors are good options. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it makes up for it with good taste. It's also quite close to Nanshan Bamboo Sea.

The hotel upgraded my room, the infinity pool was beautiful, and breakfast was also excellent. Overall, a great experience!

It's perfect for a family weekend getaway.

The room was clean and tidy, with beautiful natural scenery, very close to the scenic area, and convenient parking.

The hotel's aesthetic design is top-notch. As soon as I entered, I received warm and attentive service from Sisi. There's also a 'Cookie Paradise' which looked small from the outside but turned out to be quite large once you went in. It was a shame the swimming pool wasn't open yet, so I couldn't swim. This is a great resort hotel; you barely need to leave as there's so much to do on-site. They have indoor and outdoor facilities, including a pool and hot springs. There's even a hot tub on the balcony and a study. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but the taste was decent. However, after staying for two days, I noticed that all hotel entrances were unrestricted, meaning almost anyone could walk in at any time, and the elevators didn't require a key card. I feel this compromises safety and privacy somewhat and hope they can improve this.

My friends and I chose to visit Liyang during the Dragon Boat Festival. The hotel is relatively new, and the staff are quite enthusiastic. However, Regarding the 'complimentary room upgrade for consecutive stays (subject to availability)': We didn't receive it. They said the twin room we booked was already the best available. Another point is that a cleaning lady knocked on our door at 9 AM and, after no response, directly swiped her card to enter. This area needs further training. Also, when we returned to the room later, the bed and pillows hadn't been tidied up.
