The room's decor rivals that of a luxury five-star hotel; the materials and craftsmanship are excellent, and it was impeccably clean. While the twin beds couldn't be pushed together, the sofa could comfortably accommodate one person, which was a plus. The Round Pavilion and Square Pavilion are only 80 meters apart and share common areas; considering the room rate, booking the Square Pavilion was a great choice. The breakfast was of good quality and very fresh; the egg pancakes, fish soup noodles, and tofu pudding were all made to order and served hot. Traveling after the holiday meant we had the hot springs private, as only two were open. Going in the evening was practically like having the entire place to ourselves. I suggest adding a screen to the entrance of the women's changing room. The butler, Xiao Guo, provided truly excellent service—attentive and professional, thinking of many details, making our stay safe and comfortable. With family and elderly members, and traveling off-peak, it was another perfect vacation experience!

The hotel offers exceptional value for money, with comfortable rooms, high-end toiletries, and a Dyson hairdryer. It's conveniently located near attractions like Nanshan Bamboo Forest. The most satisfying aspect of my stay was the butler, Xiao Tang, who was professional and warm-hearted. He answered all my questions promptly and attentively, providing excellent care and making my stay comfortable and worry-free. I was extremely satisfied… This will definitely be my first choice for my next vacation!

I really liked this hotel. The environment was beautiful, with water features everywhere. The room I stayed in, the pavilion-style room, was very spacious, the facilities were new, and the cleanliness was excellent. The hot spring was also very nice, and there were few people, making it feel like soaking in a private hot spring. The Chinese restaurant on the second floor was delicious, with dishes prepared in the style of a professional chef. The only downside was that we didn't experience any butler service from check-in to check-out. We had to ask the front desk for anything we needed.

When traveling, service and hygiene are paramount when choosing accommodations, and the Quchanli Hot Spring Resort Hotel completely met and even exceeded expectations. The rooms were clean and tidy, the basic amenities were complete, the hot spring was soothing and relaxing, and the overall service was standardized and efficient. Special praise must go to our butler, Xiao Tao; she was attentive, warm, and generous, proactively helping us with small tasks and taking excellent care of us, making the entire trip relaxing and enjoyable.

The architecture is unique, and the decoration style closely matches the bamboo forest theme. The three circular courtyards are connected on the ground floor. It's very close to surrounding attractions, and there are plenty of parking spaces and charging stations. Unfortunately, I only stayed for two nights, so I didn't have time to experience the hotel's hot springs and spa. I would definitely come back next time. The hotel service was excellent. Our butler, Xiao Tang, contacted us immediately after booking and responded quickly and promptly to any related needs.

This is a hidden gem of a weekend resort hotel under 1000 yuan. The rooms have a suite layout with a walk-in closet, bathroom, bedroom, and living area. We arrived at 1 PM and were immediately offered a room. The butler accompanied us from the front desk to our room, explaining the hotel's facilities and opening hours along the way. What attracted me most was the hotel's on-site outdoor playground. With the recent flu outbreak, I was worried about cross-infection when taking my child indoors. The hotel's outdoor playground effectively avoided this risk. It's a natural oxygen bar in a bamboo forest, with slides, trampolines, a sandpit, and swings—a great place for toddlers to burn off energy. Oh, and since I was traveling alone with my child, I didn't get to experience the hot springs and spa, which was a slight disappointment. I look forward to exploring more experiences next time!

This stay was such a delightful surprise, I have to document it! I originally booked a standard suite, but before check-in, the butler, Qingqing, added me on WeChat and communicated with exceptional attention to detail. Perhaps noticing we were on our honeymoon, she discreetly upgraded us to a suite overlooking the hotel's gardens. Opening the window revealed a breathtaking view of greenery, instantly uplifting my spirits. Most thoughtfully, she printed my WeChat profile picture on a leaf – such a small gesture was incredibly touching. The room amenities were Aesop, even the toothbrush was exceptionally comfortable, and there were even scented teaspoons and earplugs by the bedside. The balcony was enormous, and I contacted the staff to ensure the soaking tub was thoroughly disinfected, which gave me peace of mind. Near the reception on the second floor, you can buy mugwort sachets or herbal packs, which were especially relaxing while soaking in the hot tub. Qingqing thoughtfully sent us the hotel's service manual and brochure. She recommended we try the Chinese restaurant and the Friday and Saturday buffet dinners, and they were all excellent. The hotel also offers bookings for photography, spa, and cocktail experiences, perfect for couples or friends to relax and enjoy. She even showed us the hotel's "King of Rooms," a private floor with a starry sky ceiling for gazing at the night sky. I need to work hard to earn money so I can bring friends or my family to stay on the top floor next time! The hotel has a great location, close to Tianmu Lake, Nanshan Bamboo Forest, museums, and Highway 1. It's also newer than Zhuxi Valley. I'd love to bring my kids here to experience the children's area and infinity pool when we have children. A heartfelt thank you to our housekeeper, Qingqing, for her attentiveness and professionalism. She made this trip more than just a vacation; it felt like cherished moments of life.

1514訂的觀圓套房升級為單卧套。從環境看得出酒店頂層設計理念還是比較前位的，總體硬件設施尚可，但咖啡機有點拉垮。公共區域衞生管理不到位，尤其是温泉更衣間又小又臟，泡完湯後孩子雙腿起了很多凸起的包塊。早餐品種相對豐富，口味也不錯，但198元/位的自助晚餐不太推薦，一衹蒼蠅飛來飛去也沒有服務人員關注處理。
